I ordered locally made outdoor table and benches from Huset.
I chose the length of both table and bench and also the colour - how exciting! I LOVE the colour. The quality of the workmanship and materials is top notch and I couldn't be happier with the setting.
There was a delay in the production but to be expected during covid times. The staff were always helpful via email or phone. The delivery to regional Vic was smooth sailing, arrived with no damage and the delivery guys were very nice! I would not hesitate to order something from them again and would recommend to others.

Every part of my experience with Huset has been horrible after I paid the invoice. I had to chase three times to find out when my order would be dispatched when the admin people told me it hadn't been picked. A few days later on another call the manager explained the order was sitting in the warehouse picked and hadn't been shipped. The latest is that their shipping partner due to deliver today after providing me with a delivery window can not locate my order and again I've needed to chase them mutiple times without callbacks. I realise a partner's transportation issues are out of Huests control I don't recommend purchasing as there's been no communication at any stage of the process. It's been nothing but a headache, empty apologies with no clarity around the process.and lots of lots of chasing. My experience has stolen the joy from the purchase of having a lovely new outdoor table. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere with clear communication and proactive updates when things don't quite go to plan.

I recently bought a pair of sun lounges from Huset and am thrilled with the quality of the product and the competitive price. The lounges were exactly ad described and packaging was faultless. The Huset people were lovely to deal with and while delivery was a little delayed, in the current covid climate it was pretty good. I will be a returning customer and would confidently recommend.

We're so disappointed of the transparency of Huset. We ordered two chairs back in June and we purchased them as the website clearly stated they were in stock and could be dispatched within 3-5 days. It has been over 2 months and countless phone calls and nobody has given us an answer as to where our chairs are. At this stage we suspect they don't even have them in stock. For the past three weeks all we get over the phone is "we'll make sure they're dispatched this week". If we would have known it was going to be like this we would have just gotten IKEA chairs. We're so disappointed of the service and of the misleading website claims of their shipping times and availability.

I recently ordered a hall table/console from Huset. Delivery was a little delayed because of Covid related issues but it was definitely worth the wait. The table is stunning. It is beautifully made and a very elegant design. I love it and it exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to Huset and especially to Ryan. His customer service was excellent.

We've recently spent ~2K with Huset. We've just taken delivery of the second of two 3m x 2m rugs for our brand new townhouse. The first works really well but the second doesn't work like we envisaged. We've literally unrolled the rug and within 5 minutes decided it won't work in our space. I called Huset to see if the would exchange with another rug of the same or higher value. The answer was an uncompromising "no".

I realise Huset are not obliged to exchange the rug, but come on guys, after all our business and all we want is an exchange of a rug that has not even been used! Surely that's not asking too much?

Visited the showroom a few weeks ago with my daughter and had a below average experience.
At first I was apprehensive to write a negative review but since visiting other showrooms and been offered a far better customer service experience, I have felt the need to write here my opinion.

Two female staff greeted me (just a hello) offered no help.could clearly see I was browsing for something as I asked ‘is this the outdoor area? ’

After a minute of looking and not seeing what I was after I said ‘ actually can I grab some help? ’

Staff member almost begrudgingly stopped what looked like she was unpacking new stock to help.

In a nutshell she offered only the absolute bare basic of service, answering my questions so simply so the conversation just stopped, without going into any further detail. I kept having to prompt her about additional items or colourways they may have to offer. I was basically trying to sell the furniture to myself.

When asked about a certain coffee table - I said yes this ‘black one’ to which she replied. ‘that’s not black, it’s charcoal’
As if I am suppose to know the difference?

When I asked about the brand Fermob, she said ‘well they take about 12 weeks to come in. ’ yet not once did I ask about lead times!
It was almost as if she couldn’t be bothered to serve me and did not want to make a sale.

As I have two young kids and the opportunity for me to go visit a showroom is few and far between and I would have been willing to go through a few various items of furniture and almost certainly made a purchase on the spot had they been offered to me - yet this woman could not wait to get back to her original job of unpacking the new stock that came in.

Been meaning for some time to let you know how thrilled we are with our Jutland 280 x 110 table and Merano chairs. Had them for two years, and their design and comfort bring me joy on a daily basis. You were very obliging when I decided the even bigger table was not for us, and you changed my order without demur. I'm absolutely delighted with the stunning quality, design and craftsmanship of my beautiful Tom Kelly timber chair, and with the wonderful service from Huset. The chair arrived promptly and perfectly packaged with plenty of notice re: delivery times.

Ordered a chair online and the service, payment portal were great to use, and the next day delivery from Melbourne to Sydney was fantastic and well priced. Will be buying again.

Purchased a desk that had a minor floor and Huset sent out a replacement straight away. Shipping was exceptionally fast. Company was a pleasure to deal with and am exceptionally happy with our new desk.

I bought a desk online from Huset. The courier dropped it and there was a dent on one of the sides. I asked a discount. The store came back with an offer for a discount that was more than what I had asked for.

Very happy with our experience at Huset. We bought a few items and they are quality, well made and look great. Ryan was very helpful with any requests we had and always kept us updated on product arrival. Would definitely be our first stop for any future purchases.

Excellent product and excellent service. I don't think I'll buy furniture anywhere else after experiencing the joy that is Huset. Good price, great communications, perfect product, prompt delivery, it was easy arrange a time with the delivery company etc. 5 stars.
