After seeing the high ratings on Google me and my partner were very excited to try out this cafe. However, don’t be fooled! This is by far the WORST cafe in Melbourne.

The owner who greeted us, was clearly in a bad mood. I have never been spoken to so horribly by a cafe owner in my life. This man is horrible, and needs to learn how to speak to people.

You would receive better customer service at Karen’s Diner than you would at this cafe. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Good coffee, well priced. The world's most charming barista who is doing more kindness to this world than 99% of the rest of us. Open after 3pm for coffees too.

Excellent service, good food and portions. Jonathan was friendly and welcoming. Great place to frequent in the neighbourhood.

The cafe is nice and the food can be improved but the staff was passive aggressive when we were on hold on the phone for medical reasons and complained that it was loud. They can definitely tell customer to reduce volume in a better manner. Thank you.

Solid coffee but this is the place you go if you want a pick me up as the guy is the nicest human being in the world.

Coffee was over the top best! Discounted coffee at such a high quality; just the way I wanted it to be. Hot and frothy, tastes amazing and wasn't at a usual rate. Wow! The customer service is so High-Class.

I have spent a week in Melbourne for work and stayed very close to Husband cafe. I have been in daily for my morning coffee and breaky. I have tried something different each day off the menu, and each day I am beyond satisfied. Staff are super friendly and the vibes are awesome, even at 7am on a Sunday! Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Great coffee that won't cost a mortgage and the food is fantastic. If you are looking for a Cafe in prahran you can't go past this one. 11/10

Dropped in on a Saturday afternoon with my Fiancé for a light lunch and a space to relax.

Food was homey, unpretentious, and delightful. And the earl grey tea they served was the best I’ve had in months. Can heartily recommend this place to anyone thinking about giving it a shot.

The man at the bar was also incredibly friendly and respectful. Keep on doing what you do, mate. 3 interactions over a couple hours and I felt like a friend. Awesome stuff.

A neighbour gem. Great service, delicious & affordable food, AMAZING service (i’ve never experience such hospitality in a busy cafe before!). Their breakfast butty & warm summer salad is my go-to. I love it!

This cafe is located in the corner of South Yarra, but worth visiting because they have good coffee!

Had the breakfast burger and honestly was the best I’ve ever had. Beautiful fresh bread, lovely sauce, good size and just all round amazing. Highly highly recommend.
