What a gem of a local business! I ordered veggie soil one weekend from website view and didn't quite order enough. A quick call the following weekend and I ordered a top up delivered the same day. Both deliveries accurately dropped neatly to the area required with no mess. Unbeatable quality, price and service from a family owned business. Highly recommend. And yes the soil was as described and fantastic quality.

I get wood from Hurstbridge Garden Supplies every week. They are by far the best value for money compared to ALL the other nearby suppliers.
The staff are all very friendly and it is a delight to collect our wood burning needs from them.

2 poor experiences - have had wood delivered twice - both time’s has to chop it up to fit in my Wood Bieber. Lost a customer today - was measuring out rocks and was rudely approached to discuss pricing. I had seen this person before and was told how it would be priced if I only took a small amount - today it was different - and clearly was going to be more expensive. Whoever I saw was extremely rude and wouldn’t know if a customer walked up to them and fell into their laps. Being a local I would expect better - in fact, I would expect some level of respect even if I wasn’t. Won’t be back.

I bought two loads of gravel on the weekend and the service was excellent. I have been a customer there for over 10 years and don't need to go anywhere else as the range is very good.

Have been getting my fertilisers and soil here. Plus this is one of the only places I have found that supplies cheap C grade sleepers for garden edging etc.

Have been last year and this year in autumn. Wood was dry burnt well. Went again June 23 2020, got half a tone and wood is wet struggling to burn through.

Bought 2 tonne of firewood off these guys a few weeks ago. Was promised i'd get a text for delivery on a Saturday morning which I then had to follow up and eventually got delivered about 2.30pm on the Saturday. Spent hours stacking the stuff to discover later that it's still very green wood. Split a few logs for our wood heater and it's so green the parrots are still flying out of it.

For $400 per tonne ($800 for two tonne delivered) I expect it to be good well seasoned fire wood. Their website even says it comes split and "ready for burning". At no stage did the supplier inform me what I was buying was green wood. I would not have bought it if that was the case.

I would not order from this supplier again on the basis they sold me green wood without telling me.

Great service and great, affordable products! I'm always greeted with a smile and given the right advice for all my garden projects by knowledgable staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Avoid this place for firewood. The wood I bought was overpriced. Although it looked dry on the outside, it was still wet inside. It wouldn't burn properly and produced little heat.

Good basic service. You get what you ask for. A better understanding of the concept of a customer would be helpful.
