Brusque but friendly service (What do you want? A hug?)
Perfect little local chicken shop, I used to be a regular 10 years ago when I lived here and this was always my regular back then, I am glad to see the scalloped potatoes are still to die for and the chicken is still delicious and not dry! Very flavourful and just the right amount of smoke to it.
Price is right too ($16.50 for a half chicken & Scalloped Potatoes).

Hasn’t been as good as it used to. Anyone reading this and is like myself who brought back in the day around 10 years ago. New management isn’t as good as previous couple!

Just my honest opinion

Whilst the food is well cooked the staff especially one of the owners seems to have a snappy tone at customers, he is quite rude and two of them don't even smile at customers. One of the main people even when not busy is very snappy and rude at me quite often maybe because of a different value to mine or something. I told them I am never going there again because of this ongoing treatment, my advice be pleasant toward customers otherwise you'll loose more and keep your different values when doing business at home.

Truly awful. Dirty, dark, damp and simply gross storefront - years old advertisements astrew the walls, an outdated Halal Certification being the centerpiece.

The food was no improvement over the maximally depressing value of the store they find themselves in (sticky floors and all), being a soggy trashfest that ravaged my stomach and left none of my group of 4 satisfied or happy.

Go literally anywhere else, there are so many actually good food places around Glen Huntly - not this outdated blight.

Ordered chicken roll and chips. Food was tasty. Will definitely order from here again. Service was quick as the lady prepared the food in just 5 minutes. Food was fresh. Thanks for the great food and service

Decent food but service could be better and the store is very dingy and dirty.don't particularly like coming here

Best roast chicken. Its not like the the small birds they serve up at the supermarkets. The new owners are as delightful as the other crew plus they are now cooking up fried chicken! YES.

Pretty good, but often runs out of chickens well before closing time which can be very annoying.

Best chips ever! Nothing is better in a 10km radius. Chicken excellent - forget the supermarkets! ’ Much better quality and value. Super clean, excellent service - competitive prices - support this lovely couple in their business!

When i asked for cheese chips and gravy they gave it to me but when i got home i relized there was no cheese on top

I tried the place on friday. Good amount of food. I would recommend the egg salad. It was delicious

Always the good place to go for roast chicken. The chickens are juicy and more tasty than Nandos.

Chicken isnt good. Salty and dry. Chips are awsom and so is coleslaw. Try quarter chicken and chips before you go for the whole

Good option if you are not able to cook lunch. A bit more expensive than Woolworths roasted chicken though.
