Despite multiple promises and commitments (email and phone) to send a desktop quote for 7 windows to be replaced - never received a formal quote.couldn't recommend. Should have advised they didn't intend to formally respond to my request rather than waste my time

Emailed 3 times over 2.5 weeks with plans chasing up for a quote.
They never bothered to even response.
I guess 2 windows is to small of a job to get service for these days.

Want to thank the guys at Huntingdale Timber windows. Tas and Andy were experts in their field and know their product! As a builder, i'm also looking for the best quality and price for my customers, and they delivered on both. Best of all, they delivered my order when they said they would! Thanks guys!

B. A. D. Didn't come when they said they would. Numerous times. Didn't put in flashing despite this being in our quote. Dragged them back to put this in after flood damage to the inside of the windows. They wanted then to only put flashing at the bottom! Ended up putting in flashing which is of a kind that other tradespeople claim to have never seen used for this purpose before. It looks like silver foil. Other aspects of shoddy workmanship.
