5Bad experience. Couldn’t fine the location for first time. I called them 10 times to ask the location. They don’t answer the phone.
I love going to the hunt club lotto the best service I’ve had, very friendly and professional people keep up the great work.
Loud and obnoxious with coloured people.
Went in the shop to collect our 'missed delivery' order and during the whole conversation the guy kept acting he has no idea what we are talking about. We were asked to step aside so he could serve another customer (and suddenly he turns polite and friendly with them). After 20 minutes of unsuccessful attempt to collect our parcel and almost ready to leave, he casually pulls up his ipad and checks his orders list and there is our parcel.
Appalling service. Do not recommend this place to anyone. FedEx should change their drop off point to a reputable place.

We told you at the very beginning, we misplaced the missed delivery card. You asked us the company who we ordered us from, we told you. You asked us what courier was used, we told you. You dint even bother checking the orders list at all and was no help at all. It was us who suggested we pull out the invoice.
You asked us to step aside, served the other customer while we are worried. Then you went straight on the call, never bothered at all. After that when we stepped in again, you pulled out your ipad, then asked for our name and handed out our parcel in no more than a minute. This could have been done at the very beginning.
Maybe it was five minutes but it felt like 20 because of the unpleasant experience.
And please stop justifying your behaviour, own your mistakes and hopefully give coloured people the same experience as others. If you have the CCTV footage, maybe that could help you improve your services.
Also please stop quoting our experience a false review.
A Great friendly place to play the lotto. No matter the time or what’s happening in the world this husband and wife team are always happy & positive.
I used to go to any lotto outlet to put my tickets in, now I only use Hunt Club Lotto and dhow my support to these hardworking people.
