Hunky Dory Fish & Chips Moonee Ponds

The portion of grilled fish and salads was huge! We had salmon and garden salads both were very nice. We ordered some fried scollops as well, very fresh!

Received the wrong order and was told to pay for additional to receive what I’d initially ordered. Absolutely disgraceful customer service!

This place is always busy and stop here tonight for kids pack fish and chips. Great size and perfect for kids.

They offer a variety of Fish and seafood served with a broad range of Salads, Rice's and of Course freshly fried Chips.
The service is very friendly and fast.

I don’t understand why this place is so busy! Flake tasteless, potato cake tough and thin, chips dry and hard and also tasteless. We couldn’t eat more than a few mouth fulls then straight in the bin. $40 wasted.

Ordered takeaway tonight, firstly the person taking the order mubbled over the phone like he didnt want to be there, i read my order to him twice.

When we got home 5mins away the chips were soggy, Fish not cooked correctly, and a garden salad was like it was sitting all week, to the point i had to spit it out i literally could not eat it.

The brown rice had no seasoning was like it was straight from the microwave packet.

Ive been to a few Hunky Dory and this one happens to be one of the worst ive been to. They need to get their act together it seems like they are happy to charge big bucks for a feed but dont care about the product they are providing to the customers or listen to the customers orders correctly.

The food tastes really amazing.
Though there was only one concern, the people who ordered after us and had a bigger order then ours, got their food order before us.
I observed this while waiting for our food, because the wait was really long (30+ minutes).

Food quality excellent. Served by a lovely young lady on Thursday. Dealt with the technical glitches admirably. Very pleasant

Tasty calamari! Ordered a plate of grilled and battered! Both delicious and tender! Loved to sweet potato chips too! Will return!

Worst service for a Hunky Dory that we have been to. We came at 730pm but they made us feel unwelcome because they want to close early (they close at 9pm). Calamari tastes undercooked and we had to eat quickly because they're all just staring at us to finish.

Chips tasted amazing! Fish (barramundi) was fresh and delicious. I wish we had this in Brisbane!

I ordered two takeaway grill packs. I was disappointed in the quality compared to other Hunky Dory restaurants I've been to. The chips were soggy, there was no dressing on the salad and the fish was just okay. The serving size was less generous as well.

Fish and chips are very good (I tried grilled fish). Chips are hot and crispy. Good portion of coleslaw as wel. Worth a try.

Food is delicious. When delivered the fish and chips were cold and soggy. Hunky Dory please put the food in an aluminium foil before the cardboard box atleast in winter.

I order just before after 3.30 pm uber delivery under name Elley paramandi grill fish with rice and slw salad the fish very very dry over cooked unhappy at all, even i received all togther mix in one side of box unhappy at all

The worst fried chips You will ever taste. So hard for your teeth. Had to trough away half of my order
