We were waiting for 20 minuets and people after go served. When we got served they didn’t apologise for the delay and they didn’t give us our full order

Avoid! Horrible customer service! Ordered via HJ App, store ran out of ingredients to make burgers properly and instead of informing me at the window or speaker box they made me wait and tried stating that they used a different wrapper but were just trying to give the food hoping I wouldn’t check the burgers. When asking for a refund the server stated I have to call there 1800 number and when I did she refused to talk over the phone. No apology no nothing. Children.

Lady who served us was incredibly rude and dismissive and this is the bottom of the chai latte I was served…. Disgusting!

Great location and decent food, however, cannot say the same about the cleanliness. I was there for soft drinks and while waiting in the queue, saw food scraps on most of the tables. It didn't seem hygienic.

The wait time was a bit long, but the BBQ cheeseburgers we got were very tasty.
The atmosphere also allowed us to get very immersed in the Sonic x Mario fanfictions.

Don't come here! Stupid pork belly burger supplier, only wrapped two pieces for me and the manager insisted it was a lot! They don't care about what they did and how customers feel!

Got a very yummy Whopper which was actually full like a burger should be.

It was the best burger I have had trough a drive though in ages.

Staff doesn’t listen even reminded 3 times. I have ordered a Whopper Junior offer and explicit mentioned not to have cheese at the drive through window however they still put cheese in it, what’s wrong with this staff? My child has servers dairy allergy reaction and could have sent him to ER. I have to get off the car walking to the counter, queue again and get a replacement. The supervisor/manager just threw that in the bin and got a new one an apologized. However my son still reacts mildly to the mayo and what a disappointment and waste of time.

Lovely restaurant. Does their best to be fast and efficient! A veggie burger does have one patty not two!

Ordered at the drive thru on 8 December, around 4-4: 30 p.m. Ordered a large ‘fresh’ veggie meal with spicy sauce in the burger and spicy fried chicken burger by itself. On getting home we noticed there was only patty in the burger and it was cold. We drove back to ask for a replacement and the manager said it comes with one patty, when in fact it comes with 2. She was a Sri Lankan girl who was completely clueless and rude. She begrudgingly replaced it with 2 patties but when we got home again, we noticed there was no cheese and spicy sauce in the burger. Extremely disappointing experience despite making 2 trips.

I've had mixed experiences with Hungry Jack's Burgers Mt Waverley. Sometimes I'll go in and have an incredible burger for the price range, with my personal favourite being the Angry Whopper. Other times, the burgers are poorly constructed, and are really unappetising. Not sure what's going on here, but please be more consistent!

South asian girl who worked this morning needs to work on her customer service skills.
She was really rude and was trying to look down on me.

Long wait times in drive through, and for your order you have to park in waiting bay and wait more for your food to be brought out to you.

What the? Why does this store always stop using Menulog during dinner time? Is it all just a little too hard? Poor didums! Nearly every second day this is how they operate. Then, when they do offer it, half the time it's wrong. Almost about to give up on them and head to one of the other stores.

I drive-through! They asked me to wait for 10 minutes in parking bay because chip is not ready then gave me my order without chips. I tried to be nice n leave feedbacks on website first but they ask me to fill out a 50 pays survey… there is a lot of improvement that needed to be done there

This is the second time now that I've had missing parts of my order going through drive through. I love hungry jacks but this one is just constantly dropping the ball

Worst Burger Ever! Chicken was so overcooked & thin that I thought it was a slice of bacon. I specifically thought I'd go to Hungry Jack's & not Macca's but won't do that again! Not just an overcooked burger but incorrect also - gave us spicy in error.
I paid $40 for nothing.
Also note: ice cream machine not working, sticky date puddings are very, VERY small.
Nil answer when tried to call Manager.

Can’t believe how bad this was. The food we picked up was actually completely cold, like it had been sitting out on the bench for an hour. It was a 5 min drive from home so there’s no way it got stone cold on the trip home. Last time we ever eat Hungry Jacks.

Terrible service at this site. I have moved to this area recently. Have come here several times, service not nice.

On Monday, asked for separate orders, to be bagged separately. This was apparently too hard, the 3 orders were wrong, had to drive back & ask for a refund.

Today i came here today, the girl who served me very rude. This was the last time.

Will not be coming back to this site. Rather drover to another suburb, or even just gp to McDonalds.

I visited this Hungry Jacks on the 7th of August at around 3: 45pm through drive through and the service was terrible. The girl who served me did not give me the right amount of food, and was very rude. The individual who gave me her name then gave me the right amount of food after I had to ask for it. Another staff member who I spoke to was also very rude. Why hire people from foreign backgrounds when they won't do their job properly!
Although the food was good, I will never be coming back
