Hungry Jack's Burgers Wyndham Vale

Very rude and angry staff. Never go there again and highly recommended to everyone don’t go there. The team don’t have manners how to deal with customers. They were just talking each other and don’t care about customer’s time, delaying orders.

Had veggie burger last night after so long, the French fries were cold, the burger was kind of cold as well, waste of money

Do you know after midnight why Mc Donald’s is busy…because your rude employees aren’t working to serve customers. Had a very bad experience at 2 am in the night. There were no customers in the drive through and the lady at the counter spoke so rudely with me as if I did something wrong asking her something which they don’t do. I really feel they need to improve in customer service. Looking at the reviews I feel like other I will be unheard as well.

Very rude staff… standing in the drive through and at the Middle of the night the lady so rude not giving a chance to speak. I believe they didn’t want to take orders. Like seriously she cut us multiple times and was not taking orders properly. Not even listening to us and cutting us off multiple times. Dude you are in Australia customer service is the thing you do not just the food. Pathetic management at this hour of night. Leaving hungry from Hungry Jacks. It’s really 2 am and I can’t believe the lady backing off her pathetic staff. Do you want to sell what Hungry Jack’s wants or do you want to sell what I want. Losers! Lost me tonight.

Absolutely disgusting, clean your damm restaurant! If the dining area is anything to go by, I can only imagine the kind of food poisoning you're grilling up out the back.

*Food:

I had the best chips I have ever had at any Hungry Jack's.

Crispy on the outside, and almost fluffy on the inside. It was actually delicious.

Was it so good because i asked for unsalted and it came right out of the fryer? (but the last place I did this at, the chips weren't this good!)

Was it because they had really fresh oil tonight?

Or do they just have superior frying skills here?

The fried chicken in my (Carolina) burger was also big and crispy. Quite big and quite crispy.

The only thing they probably could've done to make it better is to be more generous when someone asks for extra lettuce-not that I'd complain about how my burger turned out today, it was yum.

*Non-food elements:

The place is reasonably clean (for a Hungry Jack's-afraid I accidentally made it less clean on my visit today). Big, clean and bright handwashing area (leading to the toilets).

Staff are nice and happy enough.

Plenty of power points! It's one of the newer HJ stores.

A little too brightly lit for my (peculiar?) liking. I liked how some of the tables are not bright orange or red or checkered black-and-white.

(I feel slightly ridiculous writing such a long, detailed review for a Hungry Jack's. But the chips were really shockingly good.)

The worst Hungry Jacks this side of the equator. You can’t expect the young kids to be professional when the management team can’t even do a roster. What a joke. Professionalism starts at the top!

Had to wait 10mins in drive thru. No Turkish rolls only brioche available. Had bacon and egg roll and has brown. It was pretty awful and almost cold. Will never go to HJ again

Just got a double whopper meal, service wasn’t great, the lady that served me was so quiet she was almost impossible to hear.
I was move into waiting no problem that’s standard except that ment not moving as waiting was full.
Meal came fairly quickly so cheers.
Chips were cold
Burger look like they put the box in the corner of the room and thrown the ingredients at it.
The bottom bun was soggy inedible.
And they forgot my drink and had to go get it.

Food was nice and fresh. The staff were nice. There's a manager there named Madison and she is always friendly and smiling. Would highly recommend this store

Ordered a fried chicken burger without bacon.and a chicken royale.
They give me the chicken royale, but instead of the fried chicken burger gave me two muffins with TWO bacon each.

Maybe they rely on the fact that the customer doesn't check the order immediately and once he does he probably won't come back.

Disappointed with their buns, don't these American companies understand a burger should be on a roll and toasted, not the cheapest for what you get either

Usually I’m okay with this HJs but lately they are either forgetting items or not following instructions. My last two order were missing Sundaes- the last one missing three of them.
I know times are hard and there is less staff. But you really need to triple check orders before they are given.

Not the best of service inside, all staff were looking after drive thru, all inside customers were standing around waiting for meals. Drive thru is your quickest way to get served.it was my first inside experience. I'll stick to drive thru

Didn’t receive my chips or Spicy dipping sauce this is the second time this has happened and they don’t answer the phone to communicate the issues

A simple order of one meal and sticky date pudding.no caramel sauce no ice cream, nothing to eat it with. Just a poor pathetic little pudding. Considering they are fairly newish to the area you would think they would make a bit of an effort.

The manager working at the front her name is Megan I have never seen such a rude person like her. And if you got a Brown skin then get ready for the extra special treatment.

Hit and miss here. Business can be overwhelmed by delivery orders and drive through. Walk-in customers seem like an annoyance. Coffee is surprisingly good. Kids meal has useless toys, more suited to teens than toddlers. Nice play area.

Today the meal that I had was great. A whopper burger - well put together, fresh ingredients, the right amount of sauces. Chips - fresh, well seasoned, HOT and cooked the right amount of time. Visited there 16/9 @12: 45pm.
