I will give zero star if i could，just ignore by the service line staff for waiting my food around 30mins

A literal fly fell out of my double cheeseburger, it was wedged in between the two beef patties, absolutely disgusting, I have no idea how a fly can get in-between two patties.

Tried several times and Service is super fast and great deals via the app. Thanks guys.one recommendation would be generous in adding salt and flavours to the dishes.

Bugs/insects or flys aren't something that should be found in burgers, fix your act Hungry Jackcs.

Drive through was told had to go into store, the 1 toilet was one of the most disgusting public toilets I have been to. The manager needs to look into this. I'd recommend go to the servo next door.

New owners never going there again paid for large meals received small guy at the windows did bot listen care so paid 50 bucks for 3 small cheese burger meals

They did not even give me the burger I ordered it just sucks I l’uso just wast my money my kids are very sad now please improve.

I came in about an hour ago hoping to get a half decent burger. The staff was basically standing around behind the burger station or whatever it’s called and I got to place my order after a solid 2 minutes with no other customers, never the less I order a spicy jfc and it comes with basically half of bottle of sauce and about one piece of lettuce, I’m just confused as hungry jacks is a big company and claims the burgers are better.

Just Awful, food thrown in bag upside down. Lettuce on chicken burger was brown and slimy. Only one child given meal in a kids box. Forgotten toy, 4 nuggets missing. When asked staff was treated rudely. Never again!

Staff is not good they don’t know how to treat a customer they use abusive language I recommend to all my friends don’t go this hungry jacks

I ordered 2 veg burgers and chips and i got 2 chicken burgers in delivery.

Standard hungry jacks affair. Service was good. Burger was yum. Make sure to look at value range as it was significantly cheaper to get nuggets and an ice-cream with triple cheeseburger meal than the meal by itself!

If I can get the food sometime in the future than I can say something. Now just waiting for online order.

Dirty, small, outdated. It is attached to a petrol station and a souvlaki joint but seriously; it needs to be updated.

It's good but not very good. Staff is bit careless. Washroom is not clean & 1 washroom available in the restaurant other than disabled people toilet.

Absolutely rubbish service. We always order the same meal so we could tell how low the standards have fallen. Not fresh, shakes not even in right cups, very carelessly thrown together burges. Worst
