Hungry Jack's Burgers Taylors Hill

Wow I love this place. I ordered a large double whopper meal in which Mahsa took my order and upgraded me to a hunger tamer in which I got some nuggets and a juicy chicken royale I think it's called. Lachlan at the back with big arms also made my food nice, fresh and quick! The manger Kamal handed out my food with bright smile and was nice enough to have a conversation with me about life (I needed that). I'll definitely be back with that sort of service, WOW!

Starting to be like maccas this joint.

I don't know WHY you have 2 lanes in drive thru, when you only take orders from 1! 2 cars went through and I am still sitting there! So I decided to drive up to the window and ask if maybe their speaker is not working as no one took my order? The girl proceeded to list an order of an arrangement of foods and asked if that was my order? I specifically said NO ONE TOOK MY ORDER?
THEN, I was handed my order by a boy who just gave it to me, no words spoken, nothing. PLUS, the burger I was given had a dry hard piece of chicken in it that was old and not edible. Waste of time and money. So unpleasant and unprofessional. Disgusting.

Got our orders through the drive through, went home to a badly burnt angus burger patty that was inedible, it was so bitter i had to spit it out. Thankfully we got the chicken nuggets to put in the burger. Chicken burger was fine
2/10 would not get the burgers here again

Ordered rebel whopper, got given a normal whopper with raw cheese placed on top of the bun

New franchisees. Neat and tidy. Service was fast. Didn't find any stunner deal, I think it was not on offer.

Food is always cold, trying to get service here is like walking into a children's playground and disturbing the kids playing. Because they have to serve you.
It's very untidy and not professional.

Worst hungry jacks of eaten at got the family bundle the burgers were that cold it was like they came out of a fridge the chips were cold only good thing was the 4 cokes 0 stars

Bought chips from them and there was only like 15 chips in total the chips bag wasn't even half full less then half what a rip off and plus the 15 chips had absolutely no salt horrible service

One of the managers working was extremely disrespectful, (blondish lady mid 20's) to their co-workers and yelling at them trying to do their job on what was a busy and stressful day.really bad to see

If I could give 0 stars I would. As someone whose worked fast food and retail as a teenager, I’m disappointed, this isn't the first but second time I’ve witnessed mistreatment by the SAME person.

Whoever was managing tonight (21/10/2021) has an awful character.

Yelling at a teen coworker (who was just doing her job) “can you just shush” in front of customers and delivery drivers and THEN repeating it in a petty tone to ANOTHER coworker is unprofessional and embarrassing, period.
If you cannot handle voices all over the place, maybe fast food isn’t for you. The manager tonight was childlike and should not have the position she does.

Even IF the food was 10/10, I give 0/10 knowing the people who made it are being verbally abused.

First time bought food here' burger was old not fresh as paper wrap was soaked in grease' appeared to have been sitting for a ship's onion rings were old not fresh' chips were ok not hot not cold.
Disappointing as this store has not long opened.

I had their breakfast wraps almost vomited and their sausage muffin taste disgusting never buy it

This was my $9 grilled chicken burger.
The chips were so old and cold, horrible! We had to throw away the food and make our own dinner

Burgers are better at Hungry Jack's. At least it was the time I dropped by. Food was hot and fresh. Chips were beautiful. Had a master grill Angus bacon cheese meal, and that was exactly what I expected in a juicy goodness (although my heart begged to differ). Service was recently quick considering the drive through was packed.

I am writing this review to thank the lovely girl Amelia, who served me and my mother in law a few months back, she was so kind and patient to help my mother in law as she spilled water all over herself, recently she passed away and i came here to revisit to thank her but i was told she wasn't working that night, i hope she can see this message bless her heart, it is as beautiful as she is

This is the fourth time I've used the drive through at this store and I must congratulate them. Today the food was lukewarm as opposed to cold all the other times
Maybe in a few months time they will start serving hot food, but I'm sure we will have to move through the warm food stage before we get there.

Poor. Everything is premade ahead of time and sits on the counter in the kitchen until served so it's guaranteed either lukewarm or cold. Even with the premade stuff, service is extremely slow.

The only good thing was the coffee but even that is now terrible. Do yourself a favour and go to the Caroline Springs Hungry Jack's instead. Your food will be hotter even after the further travel distance.

I’ve given this store many chances since it opened however it just gets worse. Of our 4 burgers tonight, NONE were eatable. NONE! The chicken burgers were obviously reheated and hard. I’ll be lucky I don’t end up with food poisoning from the mouthful I took.
Thankfully my partner looked at his first. He decided against even trying them, they look so bad and cold.
I would like to be contacted regarding this order as it is unacceptable.
The service is atrocious.
Staff don’t follow Covid rules.
All round horrible experience.
