Hungry Jack's Burgers Scoresby

Good little store, just a Shame that home deliveries seem to get priority over those who actually make the effort to go into the store themselves

It’s a good hungry jacks, service is good. Always busy. It’s definitely a grab and go venue, not dine in. They make a good coffee and food is always hot and fresh

Nothing but mistakes wrong orders the longest wait you can imagine and the worst customer service, do not care about customers. Never coming back!

A boy called Marco served me at Hungry Jack's in Scoresby and i have to say that I was completely blown away by his impeccable service! He was very kind to me and every other customer in the store. The store was packed but he just kept his cool. I will definitely be returning to this location! He also reminded me of the basketball player Kobe!

Rarely does this outlet get orders correct. Rarely do they have the limited edition items. Often the frozen drinks and dessert machines are " out of order". This outlet has taken more of my money and not provided the goods any other franchise. Avoid if you can.

Got a few burgers there a few days ago, terrible tasting! Couldn’t eat them! Something wasn’t quite right

Young staff, can be abrupt and rude, very s l o w sometimes. Food is same as every other hungry

Ordered online and drove through drive thru to pick up. 2 cars in front of me. Took 10 minutes to get to the window. Another 3 minutes waiting at the window. Received food and drove off. Checked food in car park and found 1 x large chips missing. Walked back into store and picked up missing chips. Food warm to cold when got home. 5 minute drive. Under staffed.

Always very slow and almost never gets your order right. Just ordered online and spent 25 minutes in a drive thru queue with only 2 cars ahead of me, no apology and order was wrong too after I left. No point complaining though HJs never even bother to respond.

Extremely slow, never had to wait so long for two kids meals, we were first in line and there was no dine in service and they still managed to mess up the order on the cheese Burger kids meal. I wonder how they would do if there was a rush.

The girl at the window today got the order wrong 4 times.

It was a simple kids nugget meal with sprite and a whopper.

I got charged and given a large nugget meal and a large whopper meal after I told her at the Window 3 times - the correct order.

Lord how hard is it to get an order when the person is right infront by of you - and repeats it 3 times.

Won’t be back - poor kid obviously isn’t cut out for customer service and it impedes the sale and service at this store.

Took a long time to even co.e to the front counter. The store was dirty although toilets where slightly better. Food was average and not very warm.

Attached to the service station, this Hungry Jacks is quite small inside. The service was good, the meal was hot and the food was good. We've used the drive-thru once before and it could have been a bit cleaner.

Have never received what I actually ordered. Ask for a whopper get a chicken burger ask for a cheeseburger get a BBQ burger. Must be doing rocket science in there coz they ain't focused on the burgers.

Foods are fresh and not busy, tidy compare to other hungryjacks but little slow in serving foods.

Been here a few times and they have forgot something from my order every time - one time it was a burger, another it was the chips, another it was sauce. Not going back

They get the order correct (many fast food places don't) however the service is pretty slow. A number of times their drink machine has been broken and last time I had to ask for the promotional glass cups as the staff didn't give them to me.

Good service, burgers are a bit sloppy sometimes.
Apparently they don't open at 6am like their sign says.

Place looks untidy, the girl serving seemed disinterested in her job, even forgetting my sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. Only ordered nuggets and chips.

Have all ways had problems with this hungry jake's every time somethings wrong cold food missing items and now a heap of spicy sauce on a burger that I didn't asked for bad hjs won't be eating from there anymore
