Hungry Jack's Burgers Notting Hill

We ordered breakfast today, the Bacon and egg Turkish bun is good but they gave the worse hash-brown ever.

My brother was allowed out of hospital for one day and one day only. I took him here, promising him an amazing mini golf adventure and was disgusted when I discovered there isn’t a single golf hole! After driving for three hours to get there, I expected more than this. I then asked a staff member where the closest mini golf establishment was and they didn’t even know! Absolutely despicable and by far the worst case of false advertising I’ve ever seen. If you’re going to advertise an 18-hole mini golf course, the least you can do is actually provide it. My brother’s one day out was completely ruined and he returned to the hospital in tears. Big Brekky wrap wasn’t bad, though.

Notting hill make terrible burgers. Positioned next to a petrol station makes them convenient - but food & service is average.

Normally I don't post about fast food. It's fast food, but as a fast food restaurant there are some things you just can't do. Lines you can't cross. Ordered a double whopper, no cheese, no onion, no tomato but extra Mayo and ketchup. Received: standard whopper, onion, tomato, no Mayo, no ketchup, small fries instead of large ones and after charging extra for a packet of bbq plum sauce.no sauce! Sheeeesh. That crosses a line!

I ususally take a double whopper meal there from the drive-in and it was always fresh and hot. But today, the double whopper was WITH CHEESE even I did not order it with cheese and the meat was COLD! Looks like I just received a left over from an incorrect order before me or so. Quite dissappointing after so many years.

Cameron made my breakfast today young fella did a good job! That boy needs a raise.

Very poor customer service. I’ve been in most of hungry jack’s outlets but this one is the most horrible outlet, lazy staff, more than 15min waiting (even if it’s not busy)

This is the most convenient branch for us so this is our go to. But why are the burgers ALWAYS cold? ! It's so disappointing honestly something so simple. Also they keep missing stuff. Tomato sauce etc. And this is at 10pm at nigh on a Tuesday.

Please give a proper customer service to be competitive in the market unless there will be no customers

Australia Burger King - (Hungry Jack) take away burger condition.
Compared to other countries of Burger King, this is terrible.

Totally disgraceful burger with a little fly inside. When l showed them, they just said oops, grabbed the burger, literally slapped a new cold one together with 5 seconds and not even a sorry. Won’t be going back

DO NEVER GO BACK. The stuff so rude and unprofessional. They missed chips and drinks. Even worse, the order is soooo slow. The stuff said no idea how long will take. Then turn to others. Rude….

This place is amazing had troubles with my car in the drive through instead of being angry with me the manger and employees helped me out very accommodating.so sorry for holding up your drive thru and thank you so much to the manger and crew that were working tonight. Very much appreciated.

The drive through I'm the morning is insanely slow. I'm leaving with no food so that I'm not late for work. It's almost been 15 minutes and there was only one other car. Worst service I've ever seen

No HJ deserve more than 3 stars. Mediocre experience in pretty much all different stores I have been to so far.

I just had Jack's Fried chicken burger and can't get rid of terrible after taste it was nothing like they advertised definitely not krunchy ore spicy very little lettuce and mayonnaise. Taste less, yak.

Busy place. Service is pretty good. It's in a BP petrol station. There is one unisex bathroom but is normally pretty clean. It does get busy due to the drive through and Menulog orders.

Had to wait over 25min this morning for my order, this was an online order. Need to remove the fast food from this restaurant. Food is always Hungry Jacks food, burgers are better at Hungry Jacks

Extremely rude waitress, she didn't say Hello, Thank you, See you or anything nice. Please find someone who is willing to this job and not forced to.
The meat patty was a little burnt but still acceptable. Not too bad overall.
Do some extra homework with serving please.
