Hungry Jack's Burgers Newcomb

Ordered a bbq cheeseburger with onion rings added and the lady called it a rodeo cheeseburger despite it not being on the menu anymore, i feel validated

I must admit, I am skeptical of this place seeing as it lies beyond the eastern Ley line however they have provided me with simple salty snacks when making the journey out towards the eastern provinces

I am so agree with bellow comments worse staff ever they just don't care at all. Specially some of the girls work in the restaurant they are just worse and rude. I saw one customer came in and saying all the chips and all cold they didn't even apologise they just take their own time run the shift the way they want. Disgusting customer service.

They were busy, which is understandable but the workers were good at their jobs.
One of them named Tahlia was under pressure but she was so nice to every customer i saw her interact with which was rare to see, 10/10

85% of the staff there look miserable and hate life, considering hungry jacks is the best fast food franchise I find this rather sad, not even a hello or have a nice day… there is maybe 2-3 staff members there that make the effort with their beautiful smiles. Staff were very unhelpful, when I was going through the drive through and asked a question about their iced coffee all I got was an I don't know. No trying to help me at all or attempt to answer my question even though I asked several times. All I needed to know if you could make it without cream and DF milk sheesh

Absolutely the worst place ever.
Trainee girl was so BAD however I was not rude knowing you got to start somewhere.

I had to repeatedly say my order again and again for our food like she could not hear or just didn't care.
Then it was still wrong so I had to go back to counter again and wait while 5 other orders went out and still forgot the sauce.

While standing there I was looking over the store and kitchen area and I got to say disgusting floors and food preparation stations.

Staff looking like they don't want to be there sad with angry looks on all faces.

Staff being short with each other and so on.

We sat in the kids playground area and room beside it due to our large group who spent lots of money for the last time ever.

Review your cameras for this.

Food cold and sub standard drinks did not have the bursties in any of them that should have.

To top it off, for a family so called restaurant we got asked "Do you guy's own any of these kids"
Reply yes
Response can you tell them to quit down we can not hear the drive through.

Um WHO BUILDS a playground next to a drive through.

Hope you get a talking to by the area manager.

Chips are cold and container is half full. Burger isn't warm enough either.
Nuggets are dry and tastes like it's been sitting in the warmer for hours.
Bad quality control.

For some reason there were no beef burgers for lunch today so I had to have a chicken burger.

Wasnt that busy, and was unexpectedly slow. Fries were cold. Every order seemed to be missing something. And staff had no clue what u needed when u wanted the rest of your order.
No anger at the staff. Management just need to manage and train their staff better.

Absolutely worst service ever all orders were wrong all staff were super rude, store was filthy, and to top it off they asked us to keep the kids quiet in the play area which we couldnt even hear them what a joke

Food was nice n hot. The only thing is I wished that they would of told me that the extra food I had ordered there would be a wait as I have a newborn n I really didn't have the luxury to wait. Otherwise I would of given 5 stars.

OMG WORST burger I've ever had made COPIOUS amounts of mayo, no sauce on whopper.my Hungry Jack's hunger may NEVER return!

Worst service I have ever experienced and the food was disgusting, couldn't even remember the sauce let alone no greetings at all.wouldn't even leave a star if it was my choice

Always great food, service and prices. These guys always get the order right too, and are genuinely friendly.

Staff were professional, served you as quickly as possible.
Food was cooked perfectly.
Definitely a fast food outlet, you can rely on. And will return time and time again.

We have been there twice in the last three weeks and both times the tables needed a wipe and the bins were over flowing.

Somehow forgot pineapple on a tropical grilled chicken and could take better care when assembling the burgers but other than that they're great, unlike some other stores where you have to wait to be served.

My Wife and I love Hungry Jacks the fries are always delicious and the burgers very tasty. Never disappointed with staff or quality of food. The staff here were very friendly and helpful and we didn't have to wait. Awesome place

Worst burger I've ever eaten. Was given to me burnt and couldn't even eat it. And I live 30 mins away so didn't know until I got home.
Waste of money, really disappointed
