20 mins for a fast food burger, I could have cooked it quicker myself. Getting the order right would have been nice, and not just ours.

When going through the drive through I experienced a very angsty worker wearing a Christmas shirt on the 17th of December 2023. She needs to watch her attitude as she’s quick to blame the speaker when I was upset with her attitude. Grow up mate.

Flame grilled mouse poo! Dirty filthy place outdoor seating area, cobwebs all over walls with mouse droppings in the webs. Open/ used Condom in play area. Told staff plus wrote email left feedback. Received no reply

Was here on Saturday 16 September at 12/1230pm.
An older woman was serving customers with the upmost speed and patience, and multiple times during this the manager on duty came out to berate her, one especially bad time when a customer required a refund.
To scream at your employee and put them on edge during a lunch rush in front of the 15 people waiting in the store was disgusting.
The manager on duty continued to yell from the back at this woman serving telling her off for trying to fulfil orders.
Once again completely unprofessional to visibly bully someone like that in the workplace.
A disgrace for hungry jacks.
We could all see that the back was understaffed but there was no need to continue to yell at not just the woman serving, but the rest of the young woman working.

Look at the management here.

Got the original Jack's fried chicken burger and it was better than anything KFC or McDonald's serves. I would come back here 100%.

I recently visited the Hungry Jack's at Kangaroo Flat, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the customer service. While the food, as expected was decent, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff member who took my order seemed disinterested and unwilling to listen to what I was ordering. Their attitude was rather rude, which detracted from the overall experience.
I hope they can improve their customer service in the future to match the quality of the food.

Toilets were a discrase. Had not had a good clean for quite some time (male & Female) Hand dryer in female not working. Not good enough for Hungry Jacks image.

Big fan of HJ food but on this day the lunchtime rush had ended, we were served quickly and all was fine.
BUT.overflowing waste bins didn't look good at all.

Staff in the drive through were not very friendly, didn't even say hello. Customer service is soo important guys.if you're burnt out, get another job cause your not making the restaurant look good.

I went through the drive through. Bacon deluxe burger burger was bearly warn. Chips was great hot just been cooked and the drink was a total let down. I ordered a raspberry drink flat and no Ice in it and warm.it may have been sitting there for a while.and it was a hot day. As I don't it much fast food it was below average.

Staff are always amazing here. Went here again tonight, still so clean and some new amazing staff.

The dirtiest smelliest toilets of any take away experienced. Seemingly no ventilation or exhaust fans. Putrid.

Store itself is quite clean and staff are usually pretty friendly, however it's almost always better to eat in or take away by walking in instead of using the drivethrough, as there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of priority given to it

Got there at 9.30 is ordered large whopper junior meal with no onions, pickles or Mayo and a whopper junior the same. I got 1 burger right the other full of onions, the coldest chips, they didn't even have a tinge of warmth to them. I drove 2 klms down the road and returned to being told the chips were not cold when it was given to me 20 mins ago when in reality it was 5 mins and that I ordered incorrectly. Then when he replaced my burger the patty was colder than the original chips he gave me which he did not replace. Now I understand we all make mistakes but this kid just had an attitude and lied to even say he didn't take order when I knew it was him. He served me lol. Worst service and food ever

Although the service was quick and consistent, the restaurant was a mess, the tables were sticky, the floor was dirty both indoors and outdoors and there was a revolting smell in the restaurant I couldn't identify.

Food is good, but damm the place is dirty! Dosnt look like it's had a decent clean for months!
Gee I'd bloody hate to see behind the counters and the cooking area.

I've been here number of times.
Each time it has not improved. I won't be back. The food tasted microwaved. I found the menu difficult to read.

Doesn’t matter what time of the day you go you will always have to wait a long time for your food! You can be the only car in the drive thru and still wait 10+ minutes. Staff are lazy and do the very minimum required of their jobs. Don’t waste your time.
