Hungry Jack's Burgers Hallam

Good flavour, good consistency in burger and chips quality, shame the size of the burgers are so small, and the drivethrough really needs to be improved too.

Burgers were sloppy wet, cold … very sickening. Asked for coffee extra hot … was cold. The order was wrong, $34 later won’t be going back

Yes it has changed and got much better than before. A little smile on sister's face would get another star.

They almost always forget 1 item from the order list. When you pay extra for signature sauce in your burger and extra for fries. When reaching home you come to know that they didn't add in the burger and neither add extra in bag. Wt now. No body will go back there for $1 pay back. But your taste would be ruined when your taste buds waiting for spice and they get only mayo.

Doesn't want to refund order that they fail to deliver.so just money in their pocket.

Reasonably quick service, food mostly made well on the odd occasion the burgers are a little sloppy.

20+ minutes wait at the drive through, onion rings burnt to a crisp, you could see they were burnt so why would you give them to your customers, not the first time i have had poor service from this one in Hallam.

Not good servise all the time missing food if u contact the manager behavior is not good mostly for online service

I went to Hungry Jacks (Hallam) with my daughter one day and we were greeted with this unsightly yet, erm premium Chicago burger.

It seems like no one really cares about the quality of the food over there. I was hand balled to the assistant manager (I feel sorry for her being thrown under the bus) and after a few minutes of yes-manning and empty nods we were left with no form of replacement or any reconciliation whatsoever.

Can be busy around lunch time with the workers from the industrial area. But generally good service and freshly cooked burgers.

Most disgusting Berger I've ever had was cold the lettuce was brown and half the chicken was raw

Bought grilled chicken burger not worth it.the chicken was soo thin burger soo small.very disappointed

Ahhh my local burger house, fresh exquisite steaming hot 5star triple whoppers at 6am.what more could a simple man want in an intrinsically magnifying world?

Sloppy presentation of food, I had to reconstruct my burger, my daughters ice cream had melted before being sold to us!

Good place to eat, it is one of the halal hungry jacks in Melbourne. They're cautious when making your meals. You can either dine inside or outside. Also have little kids play area.

You order something that you usually get else where they say our store no longer does this. When you question them the stay quite not helpful at all.we asked for the meals to be made fresh they gave us cold food, chicken was half cooked.
No tissue was given, terrible service.

Hungry Jacks is my go to place for cheap frozen drinks. The quality is higher than 711 and its hard to beat that low price point. The drinks from this place were perfectly frozen and none of the machines were broken

Wanted the special 18 nuggets and 2 mid chips for $10. While placing the order I said, I wanted 2 bbq sauce. They said thats $1 extra because nuggets on special do not comes with sauce. I say bye and went to Macca.guess what they had 18 nuggets and 2 Large chips also but it was only $8 and she threw in 2 sauce for free.yahooo

Still good quality HJs burgers. But very busy, under staff. Long wait (at least 25 minutes) during peak hours. Overwhelming of walk-in, drive thru, online orders from menulog and HJs app etc! Resulted in walked off customers, missed online orders, missing order items etc.

Asked and paid for vegan cheese because i can't eat normal cheese, got given normal cheese and now I'm spending the afternoon projectile vomiting.thanks HJ's

Worst Hungry Jacks in the South East. Constantly getting orders wrong or forgetting items. Even when ordering through apps such as Menulog.
Make the effort to order from another HJs to avoid disappointment
