Hungry Jack's Burgers Fountain Gate Food Court

Everytime I come in the mornings, I always place an order 15 minutes before coming so the food is ready to be picked up when i arrive, however I always have to wait an additional 15 minutes in the waiting bay, resulting me to be late and hungry for work. There needs to be 1 extra staff member on in the morning to stop people waiting 15 minutes for “fast food”

I gotta say.after walking in today at 2pm on a Friday. The staff here have to be the friendlest and best I've ever seen in any Hungry Jacks I've been to. They were very kind about offering a replacement for my order due to issues with the shake machine. Though I must say, whoever also does the burgers know what they're doing! When I opened my box, the burger looked exactly what it should look like and I was shocked to see how well made it was.

The only reason though why I did give a lower score for atmosphere is due to the location where it can be very noisy as it's inside a shopping centre. But at the same time there's nothing that can be done about it.

Definitely would order again here. 5/5 <3

Terrible service online order disappeared unable to refund me leaving me with no lunch for work. If you work in the centre avoid at all costs

I don't tend to review places like hungry jacks, but the staff here are so sweet, very efficient and the burgers are really well made.

Hungry Jack's in fountain gate shopping centre is always really slow and has bad. Employees always looking tired but and are also fairly rude to customers. The food is subpar and the atmosphere is, well, it's a food court so it's terrible really. Upper management needs to look into the working conditions here.

I haven't had an enjoyable Hungry Jack's meal in Vic. The food is either cold, over sauced, or in this case, had a rancid oil taste.
I will not eat Hungry Jack's again.

Ordered a ham and cheese toastie for breakfast. Was cold and soggy, threw it out after one bite. The iced chocolate was pretty good but they didn’t have the brown sugar pearls: (

Since inside mall the atmosphere nothing specials. Service was sucks looking at grumpy costumer service staff member. Not a really good impression for the store

Staff mingling with friends while it is busy and waited 10 minutes for a single coffee order. Disappointing.

This is the only burger joint that have mastered the art of consistently deep burning the patties. Highly recommended if you want to take off from work due to food poisoning.

What a joke this Hungry Jack's is. The drive through takes at least 30 mins often 45. Food is never ready. Bags come out soggy. AVOID

One of the worst ever places, cold burger and chips and different taste, never try this place again.

It's absolutely Cool.
The Staff are so Friendly and it's always a Fast Moving Queue. From Hunger to Order it's just a couple of minutes.

I ordered a long black iced coffee, basic order yes? No, I was then asked do I just want the coffee and water with that?

I keep wasting my time and money at this place! Why!? Poor service, asked for no tomato, I got tomatoes. I asked for the same amount of lettuce as advertised in the pictures. Got like 2 flakes. Didn't get my Coke glass with the large meal deal. Leave it for another 5years.

The service isn't as good on many days as you will need to wait for a VERY long time before you even get in front of the line. You even need to wait AFTER you ORDER which is not ideal. Need work on completing customer's orders as it takes a LONG time to get the food.
