Hungry Jack's Burgers Bairnsdale

Food was fresh, and facilities were very clean and pleasant. Well done to management, very impressed at store standards. Great pit stop while heading back to Melbourne.

Very rude.
Just witnessed a crew member taking off a drink off a customer hand while they were sitting on the table because he made a mistake.
Was so rude, no real apologies just took the drink and walked away.
If you made a mistake, too bad the drink should’ve belong to them.

Dropped a delightful doukie here on the way to nsw.toilet was beautifully clean cheers guys

It's a Hungry Jack's, not really sure what else to say.
I only got onion rings, once, and don't live anywhere near it but Google wants my opinions on it!
I can only assume the main menu items are the same as other stores, after all they use the same ingredients and recipe, they're designed to be the same.

Food wasn't hot
The girl took ages to service us, over 9 minutes.
The cashier kept making mistakes on order.

Dropped into Hungry Jacks today to try their new boneless chicken pieces after watching their ads on Tele. The ads show nice big crunchy chicken being dipped in their sauces.
The only truthful part about the video is “ they were dipping a piece of crunchy chicken in a sauce” but that’s where the truthful part ends.
The chicken I was served has no resemblance whatsoever to that ad. The size of the chicken made 2 chicken nuggets look huge by comparison and the coating on it reminded me of a skinny piece of battered fish. No appeal in any shape or form. I said to one of the staff “ it’s a shame the chicken I got does not match the photo on the menu” and “ he agreed”. My wife and I were very hungry, just having driven from Sale, so we ate the 5 (large nuggets). The only saving grace was their chips which were lovely. The star is for the chips.
I suggest you save your money and go just down the road and the KFC buy their tenders at half the price and with a very nice coating compared to what we got.
Shame or Scam. Trying to work out if I am sad for them or angry at them.

Staff please at lease respect your customers and have a right attitude to your job. U r ruining the name of hungry jacks.

One of the better Hungry Jacks, good and service was good, but like most stores tables and floors have been neglected in their cleaning

Waited for 40 minutes for a meal. Showed order number twice to staffs and been told it’s gonna be soon without a actual checking. Then it turns out the order disappeared in their system. Staff was not trained. Manager was very not responsible on solving problem —— ignoring customer, doesn’t care, no apologize!

Was pleasantly surprised when we stopped for a coffee and breakie. Didn't have high expectations for fast food but the service and politeness of staff were that of casual dining restaurants. The food was as close to the pictures on the ads as I've had.

Best HJs, leading the way and putting the others on notice.

My order always gets mucked up this time it had a piece of tomato the size of a ten cent coin so annoying

World excepts digital payment.
Whole Victoria accepts vouchers on phone however this guys only ACCEPT PAPER VOUCHERS not vouchers on phone so try different food options if you can.

Great Staff, Great Food, overall just a Great Time. Burger was juicy and delicious and inside of the store was extremely clean. Best Hungry Jacks in the world.

The burgers are not better at hungry Jacks. I ordered a spicy chicken burger which only has lettuce, so I added tomato to my order. My burger had about 7 small chopped up bits of iceberg, and one slice of tomato, so my burger was basically just chicken! Not happy. It was $9.35. You are wayyyyy better off going to a burger shop that jam packs their burgers for the same amount.

Modern interior that’s a match for any new McDonald’s. There’s charging points for travellers who want to charge their electronics and the wash basin is outside the toilet so you can have clean hands before dining. My rebel whopper came out consistently good as I’d expect in Melbourne. The app doesn’t have a selection for sparkling water but staff were accommodating enough to make up one in a cup for me. Good, comfortable experience and a much nicer space than some of the hungry jacks interiors back in Melbourne which haven’t been renovated since the early 2000s.

Drive through service was prompt with the quality of the products very good compared with other hungry jacks stores.

As usual chain store service and quality is quite good and fast will make people come again and again.

We ordered two bacon deluxe burgers and two iced coffees. Burgers are tiny, coffee only had a dash of flavour. We would have been better off going to the pub for a Parmalat each would have been cheaper and we would have had our hunger satisfied.

Service was fast efficient and friendly.
The burger and chips were good.
Would stop there again.

Nice and easy to order and quickly served through the drive through pleasantly surprised.very satisfied.
