Ordered while waiting for a flight. Server was polite. Waited 10 minutes for chips and once we received them they had little to no seasoning. Medium chips only half filled aswell. Disappointing food.

You can order through a kiosk, and your name will be asked when ordering.
The food came out right away, and there were plenty of tables, so I was able to eat comfortably.

This jacks doesnt even have half of the menu…. They dont have fries, what kind of sick joke is this? ! Absolutely horrible manager also

I was serve with raw meat, after I taken a second bite I notice is so red an raw inside, came back to to tell them my concern, they them self didn’t even want to look at it, is it was so gross. So you can imagine what I when tot, I did tell them I will make a report to airport if I do get food poisoning will seek legislation. Toward this place.

I been today for some food there were only and only three people of staff were working looks like they were playing in a Nursery class because the new little girl with glasses as a Visitor sticker which shows she is being trained on her own. She is just denying NO FRIED FOOD OMG SERIOUSLY it is in T2 Airside shop. I had no option left, so I asked for pancakes, and she is no pancakes even. Why have you opened a food store with no stock al all in such a busy terminal just operate from your homes instead FREAKS working there including the management.

Can see the service getting really slow especially when it's busy. The management should rethink and have another worker for when they know it gets busy. The atmosphere though is great, the place seemed pretty clean, the view of the tarmac with big glass windows is almost like that of a lounge.

Mandeep or whatever the Trainee's name provided the worst customer service I've seen in YEARS. She even asked me if I wanted milo in my burger? I ordered a large meal which, through common sense and logic, should contain a large fries and large drink. To much horror, after a long 15 min wait, I was presented with a small burger, a small fries and a small drink. Don't bother eating here even as a last resort. Will not make this mistake again. Soooo slow. Waited 10 mins for two meals and had to leave with only half the order or would have missed my flight. Kitchen staff standing around not doing much. Pretty rage inducing.

Slow and pretty terrible staff, the line moved faster because people just left as they couldn't be bothered waiting ages for no service

Never have all the burgers listed. Have 1 chef and 3 support staff serving multiple customers. Wait time on avg 10 mins for a burger by itself. Learn from McD guys, u wont have a business if u keep operating this way

Good place to grab food before the flight.
The downside is that they dont except vouchers, so you have to pay full price for meals. They often run out of their main burgers.

No whoppers
No cheeseburgers
Rewards arent working
How about you close the place so we can have McDonalds instead?

Laughable service! I would laugh if the prices weren’t so ridiculous… the staff have no idea, waiting 15 minutes for some soggy fries and a microwaved cheeseburger. Yet I keep coming back because for some reason it’s the only fast food joint in the whole international terminal! McDonald’s needs to open a store nearby and show them how it’s done. No competition means they can get away with terrible service knowing people have no other choice…

Worst service I've had anywhere. Waited on two burgers and a coffee for 25 mins.

Got my number called, then told to wait for a burger and another 5 mins later I got the order. Didn't even get a "sorry for the wait".

I was the final customer for the night and was pleasantly surprised to find that the chips were still in pretty good condition. It was also great to grab a seat by the windows. The seating area was quite messy.

I tried to send this feedback directly but it seems your websites feedback form keeps sending me back to FAQs and I'm not calling you.

Waited 25 minutes for a kids meal of 6 nuggets, chips and an apple juice. Our order number showed it was being prepared for 20 minutes, and then it moved to ready for collection and immediately disappeared. We asked where our order was and it took 5 minutes for staff to work out that the meal had been sitting on the bench the entire time and overlooked.

I understand that people are overworked or there can be gaps in filling shifts, but I doubt this should be considered as acceptable wait times or service.

Now we have a cold meal and I'm not willing to risk waiting another 25 minutes for a hot one.

Its meant to be fast food, wow, 32 minutes to get served. Lucky i checked in early huh.

Finally my order was called and i collected my meal eagerly and found a seat fast as i was famished.

To my disappointment, the chips were cold and so was the whopper, it's as if they were sitting there on the bench for 10 minutes. I was disgusted with the lack of service and even worse, the poor food quality that was served!

I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered!

Only two workers, unmotivated and slow preparing food and serving customers despite massive line.
Manager extremely unhelpful when I came to her with a problem with my order and basically told me to go stuff myself. Wasn't even wearing her mask correctly whilst preparing people's food. Considering this joint is in an airport, hygiene should be the utmost priority.

Extremely busy environment but still manage to serve all customers leaving us all satisfied. Didn’t have to wait that long. Food was prepared freshly when ordered. Will definitely be back

Don't go there food is like warm not hot orders always messed up read other people's review's a lot say it is the worst in Australia staff not friendly seems to be be a kids working there all the time.ice cream machine always breaking down so cannot get shakes.sundaes or ice creams.a lot of good on tables and floors staff standing around chatting to each other when people are waiting to get served bit the worst is orders are incorrect need to check the bag before you leave also brcause most of the staff are not Australian born communication is not good you can ask for no sauce they will give extra sauce ask for 6 nuggets and get 10 or get 10 nuggets and fingd that there is only 7.is seriously bad I have complained to the head office.have to wait and see if things improve
