There services not good i have go to pick here for order and they have told me you will cancel the order and they behave very rud and m waiting 20 min after 20 min they will told u will cancel the order and last time i order here for veggie burgers and they give me beef burgers there service is very bad and i can’t go there next time in my future again here

Consistently bad. I order and take away every few weeks thinking maybe they will improve or last time they had a bad day. But No. Patties like rubber and smell strange, barely any salad and just slapped together. Last 3 or 4 years like this.
Only reason I keep trying is they are the closest location to me. Every time I go to Wolllert or South Morang those HJs are beautiful, well made with balanced ingredients and smell like they have been grilled and neatly put together.
If by accident or I'm desperate and get from them again I will send photos as proof.

Ordered food from here on Saturday

Food quality was good, could not complain, compare to other hungry Jacks restaurants, where the food is usually of a low standard. This one was pretty good.

However, avoid using the drive-through it takes for ever very slow service in the drive-through literally waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through

Obviously, the manager does not care about their drive-through customers

After waiting 25 min for our order to be ready without complaints they kicked us out in a very rude attitude at 11: 20pm (after 2 minutes that we were sitting there) by saying that the restaurant was closed and we should have left immediately. (Big sign outside the restaurant saying that Fri/Sat is open 24hrs)

Had a great meal from this store. The food was really good. Burgers were fresh and the chips were hot. Very good service by all staff. You can tell the store has a really good management team.

Didn’t receive our full order from door dash, i had to leave work to go and collected the rest of my order.burger buns were soggy and chicken was dry and couldn’t eat the whole burger.

Please speak to your staff about not giving your customers stone cold fries and making them wait 10 minutes for it aswell.

Such a wastage of money to have food from here. Not a good experience. Please serve fresh food. Staff do not have good customer skills.

I attended Hungry Jacks epping, I ordered a Oreo storm and what I received was the best dessert item that I have ever eaten from a fast food restaurant in my life. The young gentleman man, by the name of Suryaa constructed the most beautiful Oreo Storm I have ever seen. 10/10

I am not happy with the service because most of the time they run out of items and take longer to take order and delivery the food indoor and drive thru

Omg I went to Hungry Jack's High st/Cooper St Epping. First Time Ever did a Store Get my order 100% correct and Yummy. The Staff Were Lovely. Compared to The High St Melton Store 110% Better. The High st, Melton Vic Hungry Jack's apart from The Lovely Manager Carmen, who was so Kind and Understanding on the phone with my complaint, Carmen the Manager is an Asset to Hungry Jack's Melton, Wrong order. Love the vegan food here, but food does take a while to come. I have had to wait over an hour for just a burger, fries and small drink. Other times though, the service is prompt and quite good.

I placed order online. When I reached drive thru. They are giving excuses sorry we are closed early! It’s 12: 30am and closing time is 2: 00am.
Don’t visit this store staff is extremely rude as well!

Epping hungry jacks, worker named Pearl served completely wrong order, was very rude.
I took a bite out of the burger thinking it was chicken and the burger had bacon instead which isn't kosher. We were never informed of the change. I am very angry and may take this situation further

17 minute wait and counting so far for a ham and cheese toastie and hashbrown via drivethrough

Bad service and bad food. It’s so disappointing. I don’t understand How can u give customer this kind of food? I got four burgers the bread was all burnt.

OMG. How slow can they be.
Placed order when no one else in store.
Waiting while counter person took a further 7 orders after me, letting my ready food just sit there. Starts to get order ready but then a new person walks in so stops getting order ready and takes new order.
End result what should have been a quick 2 minute experience turned out to take 6 times longer than necessary. Pretty damn poor.

Wait times were way to long both for service and for food considering it wasn't busy both inside and in drive thru

My cousin just bought food from here and we found a centipede in one of the burgers. Absolutely disgusting!

Been there twice via drive through. On both occasions they ask me to park in the waiting bay. First time slow as service. Second time marginally faster.
