Have been here several times aswell as my housemates orders are mostly incorrect can be short 1 or 2 nuggets or given wrong sauce or soft cone machine is not working.high staff turnover many kids working there with no people skills. Please check your orders as they will be incorrect wrong burger or someone else's order have had to drive back many times at this store is getting worse u have complanpined and so have my housemates and friends with wrong orders or meals that are like warm not hot.the manager that works during the day is not friendly or helpful never smiles or is a happy person.not like you see in the hungry jacks commercials

Dining in. No hello May I take your order just some sad person with a headset. No hello, No thank you, no nothing. Bloody terrible zero service and zero personality. Then they wanted $. 50 cents for some sodium ridden dipping sauce. Now I know why I don’t go to Hungry Jacks. Just the kids wanted it.
Even more disgusting watched two Uber eats driver go to the toilet and not wash their hands then went to the counter to collect some unfortunate persons food. What a horrid place

Slow, don’t take promo codes from the app and on the day I went would not accept credit card. Burgers might be better at hungry jacks but the service is cactus and the owner needs a swift kick to bring it online with other stores. Hello Maccas!

Probably the worst Hungry Jack's in Australia cold chips actually everything was cold and ate it in the car park

Monday nights are "Ice cream cleaning night. " - C'mon, Sunday was ice cream cleaning night last night. Why advertise something so heavily you never have available?

I only go drive through.have always got what i ordered and in good time and the staff has always been friendly and nice. Best Rebel burger in Melbourne.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Hungry Jacks. Food was that bad, the whole family did not finish their meals. Rude service as well. Avoid at all cost. After this experience, I will now avoid all Hungry Jack's in Australia!

Did order through the app, paid and waited 15 minutes, the manager (party, the Indian girl) was not able to do anything rather than asking to order again and find a solution myself later to get a refund. Overall waisted about half an hour to have just a small meal. So disappointed with the service and behavior

Place used to look great like a 50s diner but now is just a plain old hungry jacks. Kinda sad to be honest cause the decor was the only appeal it had.

First try at this drive through and sadly the fries were cold and the grill master burger wasn't fantastic. The other nearby hungry jacks I've tried seem to have better quality but you never know if they are consistent!

The customer service at this site is not acceptable. Staff expect to be treated in the correct manner by customers, customers also expect to be treated with the same level of respect. It has to go both ways sorry. I ordered my meal today. The chips were cold! They were not in a acceptable eatable temperature. Food has to be served & sold hot. These chips were cold. I returned to the store immediately (via drive through) only to be greeted by the manager by a pathetic way. Snatched the cold chips off me, stormed off. Sorry but we aren’t animals here. Please have respect & treat people in the correct manner. This attitude came from the female manager which refused to disclose her name. I’m absolutely appalled by this. Why did the manager do this? Was she thinking I’m telling lies? The chips were cold & asked for a replacement. No other issue. If the manager of this site is reading this, please treat people with the same respect that you guys expect from customers. Sorry if you’re having a bad day but don’t take it out on your customers. If this is the way you are, maybe you need management training & start setting proper examples to your staff & customers.

I wish I had take a photo of my meal as I would not have even fed it to my dog, rude customer service sad to see good old fashioned aussie customer service go down the drain. Hands down the worst fast food chain hungry jacks I’ve ever been to and it’s not just me alot of people in the local area say the same I’m surprised it’s still running, never to be returning again! I would rather pay a little more and go the the McDonald’s up the road and get what you pay for

So disappointing!
I rarely hand out 1 star, but this was horrible. My wife had a Whopper and I tried the Chicago Angus burger. We dined in, so both burgers should have been fresh and hot, but they were barely above room temperature.

I'm no expert, but I'm sure the patty should be kept warm and served around 75' C. Seriously, this patty was not the least bit warm, I imagine a bit above room temperature, maybe 20 - 25' C.

The bacon was not warm, it was actually as cold as the chilled tomato - maybe 4 or 5'C

Overall, it was a cold and miserable burger, which we were not expecting. We have enjoyed HJ's in the past, but this was unforgivable. The person responsible for serving this horrible food should be admonished severely, and made to eat their own cooking!

The on duty manager was a very pleasant lady. Unfortunately her staff have let her down.

1 star for the long wait and the food. I ordered 2 breakfast blat wrap meals. The breaky wrap when I got home had nothing in it. They forgot the egg and I did also mention it at the window. There was 1 slice of tomato, tiny pieces of lettuce, 1 small piece of bacon and barely any avocado. I have also uploaded an image.although this was really disappointing they did offer me a replacement code and the lady on the phone was lovely and apologetic.

Terrible service. Order took forever and was incorrect, missing a burger. We also asked for a burger with no sauces and this was wrong.

I went to hungry jacks Tullamarine and their customer service was very good, i was served by the manager Sanyam, his service was so good and.l really appreciate the way he was serving the customer.

Ordered 2 bacon deluxe and 2 medium chips, chips were excellent but the both bacon deluxe were stone cold, I was not driving back to change them over, disappointed.

Fast food, more like the slowest the drive thru has ever been! We waited for almost half an hour for just four burgers and some fries, they gave us way more fries then we ordered (although I’m not complaining, but they shouldn’t do that?) the burger bun was soggy and bland. And onion rings were burnt to a crisp. Should of just gone to the mic donalds down the road

Not too much to say about this place except it's great to stop past the drive thru quickly for a fast bite!
