Hungry Jack's

A big face lady with a very dark shades in the eyes whose on duty today, at 5: 10pm 11/01/2024 at the ordering in drive tru. Seems like in a race to hurry us to make an order. Where infact we are only two cars in the line. We ordered properly "Family Bundle Meal" but didn't understand and put a wrong order which is "KIDS MEAL" hello? ! And since she's in a race and her tone change we have no choice but agreed to the order and add grilled chicken out of our mind as we don't have time to think properly as she wants us to moved immediately. I was really pissed! Don't work in the drive thru ordering if that is your attitude! A-hole She knows I am upset because she walks away and let the other lady hand our orders.

CHIPS IS COLD a-hole

The place was dirty I sat at. The staff member that served us was quiet rude about taking in that we wanted a cloth so we could wipe our table and chair.haughty.did not like My experience as a custodians point of view

Good place for some breakfast/quick bite or coffee etc when not much was open during the long/holiday weekend. The food was hot, the service was quick with good staff, clean wash rooms and plenty of parking.

Server was lovely but the woman who got the drinks ready was unbelievably rude. Poured the wrong drinks and when we called her out on it scoffed and slammed the drinks down and was just rude.

Food superbly cooked. And my coffee made to my satisfaction. The girls were ever so friendly with a beautiful smile as well. The store and bathrooms were spotless. Very clean without the smells. Highly recommended. Worth a 100 stars

Bought the boneless pieces yesterday. Won't waste my money again.
About the size of a chicken nugget and look nothing like what's advertised.

I have come here 3 seperate times and asked for the cheesey bacon fried chicken burger, and 3 seperate items they have given me a bit of chicken between bread with some sprinkled lettuce. No sauce or anything. 30 something dollars and a drive home later.absolutely hopeless.

Staff were good, food was blazing fast, and had the biggest soft serve I've ever had in my life here. Seriously it was stacked. Inside was clean too but that soft serve is really what sticks.

Worst overpriced burger I have ever had.
No pride in thier work as burger makers.
Managers need to check thier staff more!

Worst… they don’t allow you to use online voucher and disputes for it and charged me for normal + i didn’t received what I paid. Unfortunately, i was a traveller and can’t go back to claim my missed product. #ShameService I was there at 9: 55pm on 25/1/2023. Ordered 5 chicken royale meal and 2 chicken royale burger.

Fast service. Sad that no chips were available during the time we purchased, so we instead ordered the onion rings which was a good replacement for the chips.

Very weird staff. Didn’t allowed us to use our vouchers. They saw us with children and even missed to served what we ordered. Unfortunately they rip new comers and travellers who can’t go back to them for dispute.

Worst!

Dishonest! They ripped off us by not serving our meal properly as what we ordered, we didn’t received nor they allowed us to us our online discount vouchers!

Haven't had hungry jacks for over 2years so it was a good change instead of having maccas or kfc as a monthly treat.

The burger are better at hungry jacks, or are they? Not bad. Not good, miss & a hit, or just a misfit.

Literally the worst breakfast in years. Stale, tasteless, made me feel ill for hours afterwards

Staff are horrible, there orders number display not working …. Never ever cheap low quality food with high price

Normal hungry Jacks does closes a bit earlier than other fast-food places and I’ve had some terrible experiences with workers forgetting things and being a quite rude

Ordered tropical burger tonight. What a disgrace the amount of sauce was rediculous and unable to eat there was no lettuce at all. We also ordered stunner meals and didnt get the icecreams. What a joke we wont be back

The cleanest HJ that we have been so far in Victoria. The place is well maintained. The kids at the counter were smiley and friendly, they truly knew what customer service is all about. Great job. I love the burger and chips at HJ
