Hungry Jack's

Every time I come here, without fail, no matter the time of day, I’m sent to the waiting bay for a ‘short wait’ and the food comes and is messy and cold 90% of the time anyway. Tried to overcome this by ordering on the app - exact same problem.
Wraps and burgers seem to be getting smaller and smaller as well, but higher in price. Absolutely ridiculous.

The whoppers are good but the place needs a good clean up. Especially the sofa seats. The filth in between the sofa was horrible.

Staff were nice untill I scanned the shake and win thing said that I had to spend $1 in the app I have had no issues with this before the shake and win before

Today I ordered in uber eats I told and paid for extra lettuce but I didn’t got nothing literally nothing it’s empty just patty chicken inside…and i said no ice but i got half glass of ice disgusting experience, they don’t even see what’s written on the docket, shame of on you people.

The burgers were cold internally I returned it thru drive thru
That was chicken with pineapple
The second was a big whopper it looked as it was thrown in the box
First burger looked like someone sat on it
The and once again as I work around the area as security from 6 pm to 6 am
And this has happened now 2 or three times should I switch to macas

Got a uber eats, the drink was spilled all in the bad and food was cold.and all the sauces are were missing for what i paid for

Returned burger first time- it was cold, few minutes later
returned new burger missing 2 key items, bacon & pineapple.
Staff did not appear to be bothered. Very Poor effort, will never go to Waurn Ponds Hungry Jack's. Shocking!

We all enjoy hungry jacks in my family. This location is close to home and quick to order from and get home so you can't expect never to experience a mishap but overall when I go in its a clean restaurant, small, but clean. There are toilets and ample parking.
The drive through is easily accessible and customer service is friendly.

I only remove 1 star because I really don't like the way they do onion rings. Miss the old version still. Used to be the main incentive to go to hungry jacks now we go far less. They went from yum to meh. And I don't like one of the sauces on my burger I get. Every second visit they put the sauce on even after I had asked for none of it. It's ok though I understand it happens easy when most like the sauce and they are working fast but it does make the burger unedible for me. Which is always a huge disappointment and waste of money. So I remove 1 star only for those reasons.

Also always check your order when they hand it to you just in case anything is left out. They will correct any mishaps easily right there and then at the window. Saves you both time

A burger at last that makes you full. Where is it? I heard you asked. Go to Waurn Ponds shopping centre. Find Shell service station and look for the Jack's sign.

Food delivered to wrong address, driver made no attempt to contact or follow instructions. Called the store who shifted the blaim to thier 'delivery partner' menulog. Seemingly forgetting that ordering through thier app makes them responsible for the service received. Still fighting with menulog for a refund but I also hold HJ responsible as it was thier app offering the delivery service and that took my money. I will be getting a refund I don't care from who.

A tiny little Hungry Jack store but very cozy in it. Has charging port at each table and love the corner where you can enjoy coffee with good view.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

The girl working at night while taking order is rude while taking the orders. No smile on face & don’t know how to serve customers basically an attitude problem. Usually it was not that busy on Monday’s so of course it’s not about hectic & tiredness. I worked in a industry where serving customers is the main role & at-least pretend it by faking it rather then your rudeness. Respect your role in the industry & if not happy then leave it. Tons of jobs are offering. Will never ever will going here again

Burger was terrible massive slab of tomaro and brown lettuce, wasnt the burgers are better experience I was hoping!

Good service and food was of a high quality. Some stores are a different with quality/service. Found this to be a good store all round.

This hungry jacks is quick and efficient as well as has staff that seems to know what they are doing. I go so often, the staff have gotten to know my name. Mollie in particular always gives me a warm welcoming whenever I return. There frozen drinks are by far one of the best. The mango flavour succeeding the others. I recommend going to this establishment.

Busy but great friendly staff and food was warm nice hot chocolate hot chips reall good warning though very busy in school holidays but otherwise great

A simple drive thru order. I was only customer at the time. I was parked. Then food came out girl looked around and went back in even though I was waving and tooting. Hash brown very ice cold. Bbq wrap missing bbq and nuked so much the egg exploded.

Ordered 2 crispy chicken tamer meals.
Got home and both are missing the chicken royals.
Tried calling numerous times to get it sorted and never an answer.
Very disappointed

I went there a little while ago now & would return if I/when I visit the area another time. It's like the Hungry Jacks when it first came to Australia; the burgers were 5 w lots of fresh salad & their delicious char-grilled patties. Chips were also & Drinks cold w post-mix spot on. Just wish All HJs were like this one. Went through DriveThru & service was Quick & Friendly also. V Impressed! Great work to whoever Managers this store & hires their Top Staff. Thanks!

Hey, there is no problem in locking the door at 10: 52 pm. If you can't do the service or cook any food or any ice cream, say you cant make it. Its better than hiding your faces by acting as if you are talking with someone behind the counter. Use the simple sign language.
