Hungry Jacks Keilor Downs Drive Through Missing Items. Went today to get a whopper meal and a Pop'n Chicken Carry Cup. After a long wait, I placed my order, then before paying and handling the food the girl at the window repeated my order and I said Yes. She gave me the bag and my drink and said 'Have a nice day'. I normally check my bag before leaving but I was in a rush. To my surprise the Pop'n chicken carry cup was missing and got charged for something they confirm would be in my bag and it wasn't:/ Truly disappointed. Staff should be trained for attention to detail. I also called the restaurant a couple of times and no response. Also called Customer Care and just a machine answered and asked me for my details.

Despite being past open tome if 6am the doors were not open for sit down. Disappointing. Drive thru only option. Staff were polite.

Food was very nice. Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant was not crowded at the time so was comfortable and relaxed.

Service is not the best so I should give 2 stars but coffee was good. They almost forgot my order if I didn’t remind them.

Making a comment here on the amount of rubbish that is continually present in the car park surrounding this outlet. So much of the rubbish had the Hungry Jack's advertising so we know where it came from! How hard is it to have one of the staff to quickly walk around the car park to clean up the mess that is sourced from their store when so many other stores can do so?

Can be a hit and miss. Depends who is working. Plenty of times given wrong food or missing food from the order.

I wanted to try the bubble cup that I saw on TV. I went back for nostalgic reasons to this particular HJ as my parents took us there as kids over 30 years ago. I'm afraid it looks like it's stuck in that era. The atmosphere is like walking into a worn, drab clinic waiting room, also with cold a/c on a cold day so it was chilly. I wish the owners would update to today's aesthetics. I looked across to KFC and saw they had a modern look. It's a pity for HJ to look so dated in comparison. Apart from that, the food was the usual fast food.reality not like the picture on the menu lol. I had a Chicago Angus and thought it was ok but not big or gourmet enough (bacon was thin and chewy) to command the price of $11.30. Chips were crispy and seasoned well. Kitchen was organised and staff worked hard to get everyone's orders ready. I recommend take away or delivery to enjoy in a nicer environment. Oh and I got an Iced Coffee with pearls. I could do without the whipped cream, but the iced coffee tasted good. The pearls were small and dark. I'm not sure about the taste.something like a darker brown sugar taste.

There broiler broke so I couldn't get my cheeseburgers so they replaced it with chicken royal's instead. I don't order these burgers so it was a real let down

Just came past in drive thru, had to repeat my order 3 time and the girl keep asking if it was other things, also didn’t get bacon on my bacon delux or large ice creams

Service was average, staff who ate at table left they're rubbish at the table.
Tables and floor was dirty and the window sil had dead flies everywhere.

Ultra annoyed with the service at this restaurant - my husband ordered a meal tonight for 4.45pm delivery - icecreams and hot drinks packed into same bag as other hot items - AND to top it off, half of our meal was missing! Called store and the person on the other end said to call Menulog to lodge a claim for a refund - which doesn't make sense because Menulog didn't pack our order - Hungry Jacks did! This kind of incompetence disgusts me - whoever 'fulfilled ' our order even taped the itemised receipt on the bag - and failed to give us all of the items we paid for!
Keilor Downs Hungry Jack's- get better staff - better yet, stop hiring disinterested children. Yours - Sincerely peed off and still hungry.

Honestly - why am I even bothering to review this store - they won't even read them let alone do anything to improve it -This place sucks big time. Staff are pathetic.

Never get what we ordered through the drive through. Always items missing.
Food is fine for what it is.
Service, no please or thank you. The younger the server the more theytalk to there workmates rather than serve the customer. That's why I guess, they always stuff up the order.

9 times of my 10 last orders with Uber eats I didn’t get a straw for my drinks.it happens every time!

Ordered a bacon deluxe meal, the meat and bacon was like eating rubber and the fries like it was cooked the day before. Hungry jack's are my favourite fast food restaurant. And after the last disappointment it still is my favourite.

Service is so very slow. Hate to see how long wait is if it was full customers. A joke. 10 minutes later and still no food.

Ordered 2x pork belly hunger tamer meals and the best part of the whole meal was a the pre packaged sauce. The coke was flat as, chips so salty that I might as well have eaten a spoon of salt, Burgers so poorly made we questioned if we got the right meal, more sauce in the wrapping than in the burger. Nuggets were passable.

Nothing good to say about hungry jacks.
Drinks flat, burgers cold. Chips are 5h 1t

Please close this store so a decent food outlet can move there.

Useless service. Trying to scam a 10yr old when he ask and pays for a medium meal and given him a small.

Generally ok. Sometimes they get the order wrong and it can be hard for them to fix it. The food is sometimes cold, or obviously microwaved. When the burgers are made well, they are really good. Chips are alwayd disapointing
