Friendly but extremely disorganised group of teenagers running the place. No semblance of management whatsoever. The girl in charge clearly not equipped with people skills. Definitely not fast food

When served made me feel. Like they are doing me a favour, had to ask a couple times and as I don't really like ice only filled 3/4 askto fill older lady just stared then done. Will give a miss and not busy.

Just got home with our drive-thru pick up. Ordered through normal process but then waited for at least 5 mins for someone to ‘open the window’, take our payment. Waited a further few minutes for our food. Burgers were cold, onion rings hot but not cooked through. Threw most of it in the bin. Wish we traveled 2 kms down the road to Towerhill Maccas. At least they have ‘standards’ unlike this joint

Drove 5 minutes home and the food was almost cold. It took longer than expected to prepare. Served in an unfriendly manner.
Very ordinary.

Food was freshly cooked but unfortunately it was Undercooked -Chips.
Burger was thrown together by the look of it,
Staff were working hard,
So maybe a bit more coaching in the kitchen.

Meat patty half as thick as I remember, no sign of it having been flame grilled. Cheese not melted, was 5 minutes from home and the burger was cold when I arrived. A very unattractive afternoon snack (meal?). Not recommended.

Went through the drive through today 23/07/2022.to get 2 buggers the road house burger haha they were Not like the advertise on tv. False had NO sauce what so ever.said they ran out of the special sauce really. Not worth the $20: 60. Won’t be buying Hungry Jacks Frankston STH again. I’ll go get a hamburger from my local fish and chip shop.

This is the dirtiest fast food place I've been too. The guy in the green shirt was super rude to a delivery driver. Would not go back.
Clean this place.

Really disappointed with this HJ, I ordered using the app, when I got there no milkshakes, also when I left I noticed they forgot to include my onion rings, also the chips was supposed to be large, got a medium.

If you have to wait 20 minutes in the car park because you have no staff on, how about telling us that at the drive through instead of taking our money and just leaving us to wait, late for the morning meeting now.just ridiculous to be so short staffed for breakfast leaving the poor girl apologising for the managements inability to sort shifts! Won’t be back here on a work day for breakfast and would recommend it to anyone on a time schedule.

3 months later nothing has changed Give us a go they say? We have barista coffee! You need to have staff on if you are open. Having 10 cars in the car park just waiting is not what we expect when we go through the drive through. I’m feeling very sorry for the one girl on staff

Amazing service today
So quick starting from polite service from person taking our order no yelling down the speaker like other take away places. These staff members are a credit to their company. Also the coffee was just how we ordered it and brought out to our car. As the rest of the order we got thru drive thru.
My family member said the chips could have been a little hotter.
But otherwise we enjoyed our meal and will be back.

Girl on drive thru was incredibly rude.suggesting “you should have told me that before” Seriously?

Just tried to eat a Cheese and Bacon Angus burger and I have never been so disappointed with food.
Bacon could be used as stainless steel plates and it had so much bbq sauce on it I couldn’t taste anything else.
Absolute garbage.

Food 5/10 my chicken burger was delicious, but my sisters burger was Burnt to the point where I could cook a whole rotisserie chook over it.

Customer service 4/10 very blunt and didn't seem to enjoy their job or even care about it either.

Ordered through Menulog, they were brilliant but I won't do it again! Hungry jacks (intentionally lower case) didnt send the most expensive burger we ordered so one kid missed out as we only ordered for them.
Won't bother with either ever again now.

Its ok but was missing the cheese again (ordered double whopper with cheese meal) onion ring not bad

The manager is so so rude it has facilities/playground for children so why the additude when children spil a drink, hey o didn't have to tell Yas at!

When the burgers are done well, they're great! When they're not done well. They're often worse than the competitors.

Recommended when it's quiet and not busy.

Not happy with the service, they wouldn't change the drum stick in the super stunner meal to a Sunday, every other Hungry Jack's do it and just adjust the price
