Everything we asked for we got and the Hungry jacks employee meet all demands with. " it shouldn't be a problem".

Foods ok, the old lady at the front is super rude but to be honest I would be upset if I worked at hungry jacks at 40 lmao

Went into hungry jacks werribee plaza for a quick snack with my son. Had an awesome greeting and was treated greatly. Food was awesome and nice and hot. Will definitely be going back!

Why don't you guys learn how to use the food delivery platform correctly? I understand the restaurant gets busy sometimes and it takes more time than usual to make the delivery orders. Why don't you delay the order on the tablet until it's actually ready for pickup? It's already difficult to find parking at the restaurant cuz its near the shopping centre. Even if we somehow find parking and come to pick up the order, they never give them on time. Why do guys think that the delivery drivers can wait for 20 to 30 minutes when we are not paid for waiting at the restaurant? Never gonna accept any orders from here anymore!

forgot half the order, the food they did put in wasn't even edible, i try ring to let them know and they told me there was nothing they can do, the worst customer service i've ever received, even worse than Karens Diner

Drive through is terrible. ALways backed up forget most of your order.
Today again. Simple cheeseburger meals HOW ON EARTH do you forget the burgers? Cmon. Forgetting anything like that is beyond a joke. Time to really try find some kids that actually want to work. Not just to exisit to ruin ppls days and take their money.

Thinking of treating tour family after the movies? You'll pay for a meal for the family and probably get one burger if your lucky.
Kids want toys? Nope they keep them too.

Its sad coz its some of the best food if you actually manage to get it.
Only store to ever ALWAYS forget at least half the order.

Great customer service and the food is always good.

The burgers are definitely better at Hungry Jacks.

Every time when I order they charge for the sauce but never add inside the burgers. Very poor service and staff very rude

Every time I come into this store, they rip my off, and then they also don't put in the salt, pepper and the sauce for my nuggets when I asked for it. Every bloody time! Am I supposed to complain every time I come in to this store.

Cold food. Angry loud managers can be heard talking unprofessionally to teenage staff when the lack in service and productivity is due to mismanagement. Stay away.

I have ordered food from here mostly the whooper with a mocha. It’s always fresh and tastes good as compared to McDonald’s deliveries. I used order from MacDonalds pretty much every day but either it was cold or not delivered on time. Hungry jacks been really good!

The burgers are horrible!
Whether it is the bun or the ingredients inside. I think they need to check the expiry date on thing. Cause after eating a burger i was puking!

Wanted a quite Breaky in the morning and the man with the grey beanie behind the counter. I think he was the manager.

Terrible coffee. The opposition's is much better if your choice of coffee is limited to those two for whatever reason.

Pretty meh, most of the time there are some dramas and issues going on. Seen it all there, from cold burgers to soggy chips. Not my favourite HJ outlet

Nothing great. Service was a bit slow especially if you eat in. I ordered the Jack's original chicken burger. Very dry. It tasted like eating an overcooked chicken. Not much sauce. Chicken royale taste better, I reckon.

Yummy chicken burger meal deal and it was great to be able to use the voucher cheap meal deals that I received in the mail at Hoppers Crossing 3029. The staff are very quick and polite and great cooks at Werribee Pacific Shopping Centre store. Thank you very much for the beautiful lunch I will definitely return more regular in the future! Ice cream machine never works. Whopper burgers never taste fresh or great. Otherwise ok for takeaway. Workers need to learn to talk to customers rather than be mute.
