I cant eat onion. Just ordered 2 rebel burger without onions today. Instead of making new ones without onions, i think they gave us the old ones that someone else order and just remove the onion. Guess what, i ate the bit that still has onion in it and i feel sick. If you remove the onion at least do it better, i was waiting for like 5 mins for my food. Fml

The crispy chicken pieces for 9.95.what a joke, they were barely oversized nuggets. Three hot n spicy pieces from KFC is 6.95 and they are at least twice the size.

I was so eager to try your newly launched juicy boneless chicken but literally found hopeless when ordered. Secondly the store was not happening place and found very boring and low energy as compared to other food outlets. Sorry, but it's true

It was freshly made food which was great. But it would have been good if the staff would have told us about the family bundle price as we payed 26 dollars for 2 whoppers 2 chips 2 drinks. When if we had of known we would of got the family bundle.

My partner just bought a whopper cheese hunger tamers meal for me.

I placed a simple order. Then I was asked to wait. When the order was brought to my car it was completely wrong. I had been charged way too much. Then I just had to let it go because there were many cars behind mine and I did not want to hold everyone up. I'll never go there again.

Very bad service. Took 40 minutes in the drive thru to collect my order. And after that I received wrong order.worst experience

This is the most disgusting hungry jacks I've ever had all the burgers I’ve ordered had expired lettuce this has to be some kind of joke

Hungry Jack's Park more is just what you need on the way to eastlink towards Ringwood if you are hungry.

The meals are filling, fresh, and delicious, and the place is spotless! The staff were so friendly even though they were dealing with the morning rush!

I was told to wait in the waiting bay and they forgot about me. These kids don't know what they are doing

Orderd in store 2 customers only Asked for cowboy burger & large fries. Order taken but no fries added. It iended up being burger only Not sue what burger was given but did not look like cowboy burger. Whist being hot it was very chewy and tasted like cardboad covered in mayo. I used to like hungry jacks but this was the worst hamburger i have ever had.

I had worse experience ever.yesterday I have ordered through drive through. 35-40
Minutes waiting.after that I have asked the staff why the waiting is too high she didn’t gave any answer no hello no thank you. After 40 minutes of wait they gave me wrong order. They charged me for chicken popcorn and sauce. But I have not received.even food was not fresh. No salads in the burgers.cold food

Horrible experience.

Not the best hungry jacks I had to wait in line for 5 minutes while there was no one there, also not to mention how they get simple slushie orders wrong would be better if staff where nicer and well time managed

Niya, should not be working in hospitality industry. She was rude, outspoken. She threatened to bush me, over her stuff up threw the drive threw I waited over 10 minutes for my order to come out and my onion rings were missing, her tone on voice to her body language was absolutely terrible. She should have been fried on the spot, her manager was just as bad, he called her name over 10 times as she tried to come and get me but was to scared to face up, he manger should have fired her on the spot. With a mouth like that, and attitude. I’ve worked in fast food for over 5 years, and as a worker I was always told the customer was right, I’ve been screamed at, threaten and never once did I act the way she did, they need to trained on customer service and the rules of hospitality.

No way went in to use toilets, that was fine. Then went to order food at 10: 15pm 22/07/22, at counter to get told we have to use drive thru but u serve ur workers also just before u give the customers their order and make sure workers get their food before customers then send customers waiting to be served thru drive thru. Is wrong and ridiculous. Then I was shafted 3 chicken nuggets which I had to knock at ur door to have my nuggets fixed to 6 nuggets, also giving me an extra nuggets doesn't change my mind. Lock ur doors if u dont want to serve customers at ur counter lock the door! Ur strawberry shakes were undrinkable u had waay too much syrup enough to make anyone sick!

Beautiful and quick stop to get fast food to beat the hunger after work. It s located just on the side of main road of keysborough. The order was put via driveway. It was quick serve and the food was hot. The taste is as you can expected from Hungry Jacks.
FYI, it is near the Parkmore shopping centre, so it is very convenience to get some groceries or others.

I used to like the ultimate double whopper, but the ultimate whopper I've ordered today time was cold and soggy, the patty was small and dry. The chips were not hot and crispy. Will never order another burger from Hungry Jacks.

Zero customer service today. The girl in the drive through was so surly. I understand everyone is short staffed, but there wasn’t anyone waiting and I always treat everyone with respect and thanks. Shame none was returned. I guess some people just hate dealing with the public.

The staff saw me and were mucking around with their back turned to me leaving me waiting for up to 10 mins before asking for my order. There were at least 4 plus supervisor standing around joking and not doing any work. Finally the supervisor asked for my order.i didn't say anything except give my order and wait. When the young girl was packing it she scrunched the burgers like you would scrunch rubbish and threw them into the bag sideways. I always avoid writing negative reviews and I have been a lifelong supporter of HJ but this was the first time I have ever encountered such disrespect for me, for their job and for their products. The behaviour has meant I will never set foot in that HJ again. The low standard has also meant HJ isn't a place I will readily go to again.
