Breakfast here is a scam. This store doesn't do anything fresh. Got the sausage and egg Turkish roll.it was stale as, the egg was overcooked to the point of turning grey and the "sausage" patty wasn't a sausage patty.it was a standard cheeseburger patty. Very disappointing!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a drive thru team member today at 3.10 pm. She decided to verbally abuse and threaten me because apparently I drove past the pay window. The store Manager after I told him knows she does this. What a disgrace.

Slowest Service ever, go somewhere else. It is always the same here, waiting 20 minutes for your food.call negative review.

Staff make you pay for the stuff you order & then you are told of it's unavailability.: (
- so make sure they have it- before you pay.

Scarcity of basics-even if you order for $25 or more, no tissues provided.have ask for & would given a single one - looks extreme.cost cutting, inflation effect!

Food's not vry gr8 + discourteous staff! Try other outlets & avoid this one!

Fantastic stuff that a solution orientated which makes a big difference thank you very much.
But one suggestion would be have someone walk across the street to Bunnings and buy a new toilet seat for the men's as it's a bit ratty and stain and doesn't yell hygiene.

They are always soooo slow in the drivethru! Even with only a couple if cars in there. Avoid unless you have lots of spare time.
Food is normally fine, well made.

Just ordered off Menulog. Nuggets were so overcooked dry and old they were like cardboard it was inedible! And the tropical whopper beef patty was cooked so long ago it tasted poorly. Wouldn't recommend.

Waited at register for 5mins to order. 3 staff there busy, ignoring me. Walked out hungry. Going to others at least they got screens to order.

20 minute wait, food and rubbish on the floor and tables, bins overflowing, staff walking around casually out the back when there's a massive line, kids running around screaming and throwing food while their slobs of parents just sit there doing nothing, got given the wrong food, food was cold, no adult staff in sight

Service poor food was a throw together mess, either too much sauce or not at all and next to no lettuce.
We ordered the jacks chicken burger and the baconator, I should have gone the whopper with bacon, more value for your $.

Went through drive through. Order was wrong, and asked the worker to correct it. She was nice about it and did so. When she returned, I asked for salt and pepper to which I felt a glaring stare from the manager beside her. The manager returned, opened the window, shoved the salt and pepper in my hand and slammed the window shut. Ruined my day. Worst customer service. DO NOT GO THERE.

This hungry jacks is a very local one and it use to be really good, but recently it has gotten worse. I don't know if it's because of the hiring but whenever we go there we constantly always have food missing, they always forget something or they just mess up the entire order. We always have to waste our money by buying something and we don't even end up getting it. I don't know what has happened but please bring the old staff back! We are constantly coming across rude workers and we are always missing our food.

Stood there for a good 10 mins with all staff back turned away from me looking into the kitchen before i was assisted.the store was quiet and still acted like it was super busy i will not be going back here again

We ordered 2 burgers, one had no tomato, the other way too much sauce. Haven't visited for a long time and were underwhelmed - won't be going back

Pathetic customer service, I waited for 15 minutes, I get served with half the things fallen and I didn’t even get my drink. Manager on duty didn’t even do anything.

Had to wait 15mins with at least 6 more cars for 2 meals.
Get home and small tiny salad amount and tiny bit mayo.

Chips were cold

The most filthiest kitchen I have ever seen. I would hate to see where the burgers are made. The lady serving this afternoon had more interest talking with her work friend to even acknowledge customers. There were staff in the playground hugging and hanging out with friends while the store stayed this filthy. This store will literally be giving people food poisoning

Waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes just for two frozen cokes just for them to be half melted definitely not coming back here again terrible customer service heavily understaffed

Your orders can be messed up sometimes, but they’re made super fast and they’re really cheap so it makes sense.

From my experience over the last 3 years. Good service, acceptable wait times, orders are always correct!
