Standard Hungry Jacks experience. Foods ok, service is ok, not many places to sit due to covid restricts. However it's clean and tidy and in a good location. Nothing bad, nothing great.

The vegan burger is pretty good and they assured me that it's fried in separate oil and fried on a different pan. Seems true. Their coffee isn't bad either. Nice location in the middle of the CBD.

Walked in and no one was in sight at 9: 20am on a Sunday morning.
Your team member eventually walked up to the counter with a barely audible hello.
He failed to take our order, just looked at us perplexed as to what we were ordering.
He walked away mid order from us and raised his hand at us as in ‘be back in a second’ and no explanation as to why he was walking away.
Received better customer service and care across the road at McDonald’s.
Please sort this out. No one deserves this.

Obviously the burgers on the poster isn't what you'll be getting.taste for burger is okay.tried the new burgers.they are OK, the nuggets and chips were pretty salty and one of the dips for the nuggets tasted off. I think it was the mustard, it tasted more plastic than mustard.no matter which branded fast food companies, they tend to taste the same!

Possibly the worst burger I have ever had. It was drowned in an awful sauce. The chips were great which was just as well or I would have gone hungary.

Fresh food, CLEAN TOILETS, great friendly staff, who are more than happy to make your visit an enjoyable experience

This hungry Jack's treats you like a number not a customer. Often packed past capacity. Toilets are closed or very dirty

The burger, chips and chicken nuggets are delicious and filling for a great price. Nice and quiet up stairs and pretty chill. I recommend dropping by if you’re hungry and don’t have a lot of cash.

Typical Hungry Jacks, has everything that every other Hungry Jacks has, except for drive thru. Decent burgers, ok staff, ok place to eat in.

Chips were undercooked in old oil, mayo was put on a burger that doesn't even come with mayo and patties were tasteless and overcooked.

The staff lost my order as well as a couple other peoples & if you complain they don't even care they basically ignore you not very good

Tje service was not friendly but what really dissapointed us (wife and me) was the cleanliness of the place. Specially on the 2nd floor, the weird smell and the bins full of rubish. We took the food away.

Its a 24 hour fastfood outlet it great place to stop for a feed well centred in Melbourne city centre olny down fall are the homless bums lay and beg and sleep out side it other than that its top place

To the person who served me. I'm sorry that your manager ''took control' of a busy situation. It seemed that he felt a man could do your job faster. He didn't! You handled the mansplaining well.

Just adequate for a random quick bite, or some grub after hours when everywhere else is closed. This is located right opposite Billboards club, so it does get a but busy with lots of late night footfalls. Food's OK, let's expectations.

Soooooooooo good! The kind man at the counter gladly gave me a taste of the freshly dropped on the floor cheeseburger. The taste of the dirt on the cheese was amazing! They even had a clean spot on the floor! VERY HAPPY!

They give me a cold wrap.without scattering the sauce.also didn't gave any ketchup.
I was so Disappointed.

Bought a box of cheesy loaded fries and the cheese is unbelievably little.fries is a lot but the drizzle of the cheese isn’t worth the damn money.poor quality of food.

Chips where hard and burger was slapped together Tom, Let, Onion and pickle where all pulled up on one side if I wasn't hungry I'd have given it all back

Bad customer service. Never accepts HJ shake and win.if we get frozen coke they say machine doesnt work. If you get free coffee they say coffee machine under cleaning.
