Hungry Jack's

Just the same old Hungry Jack's, better than Mc Donald's, bit dearer, freindly efficient staff.

Was surprised that they didn’t have a drive thru! But food was quite good quality, good on the staff that work there given the location.

The food is always average but the toilets were disgusting. They hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Hate to think what the kitchen is like.
I will not go back there.

Gee, haven't had a hungry Jack's for a while and unfortunately this burger was just put together wrong. It was a sloppy mess. The venue was clean and staff friendly however will never return.

Hygiene is disgraceful. The toilets were atrocious given cleanliness is extremely important during covid times. Food was cold and poorly slapped together. Super oily too unfortunately

The general food area was dirty and the toilets, filthy. They need to lft their standards an should be reported to their head office to follow through. We have been stopping here for years & can see the decline in thus site.

Naval and Lewis were excellent and helped me alot with my order and I got exactly what I wanted even with my terrible ordering skills

Single whopper with chips with my daughter. The whopper was great and as we were having it there, expected the chips to be hot but it was obvious they had been sitting for a few minutes. Still OK but that's the reason for the four star rating.

Hungry Jack's, what more can be said. It was quick, tasty and served with a smile. Bonus for looking like a burger also!

Very busy place! Service was good and food was very nice as everything was cooked fresh. No drive through and took a bit longer than i would have liked, but overall happy with the experience.

Food was not enjoyable whatsoever, burgers definitely looked rushed and whoever made it did not put any effort into it.never again smh

Disgusting! The basins in the toilets looked like mechanics or coal miners had been using them, they were grey with filth. Worse than Wallan south bound servo toilets and I thought they were the worst maintained toilets in Victoria!

Also the chips were so stale i couldn't eat them

Food very ordinary think the onions rings were last weeks. Girl had gloves on but kept touching her hair - then put our food in the bag!

Typical Hungry Jacks set up except found it to be small in size. It has kids playground outside but currently closed. Parking is good with easy access entry for wheelchair patrons. Toilet facilities available. Found staff to be pleasant and efficient. All in all a small operation providing a good service.

The SLOWEST and MOST DISMISSIVE customer service I have ever come across. Was made to feel I was an INCONVENIENCE for even wanting to order a couple of drinks.

The food is. O.k. The toilets never are. Been visiting for 15 yrs. They never are clean. Fuel price is fine (relative to everywhere else)

I often go here on my way up Gods Country on the Hume, never to buy anything, just to sit on the upholstery. That sparkly 90s vinyl and mock 50s diner Schmick

It's one of the most dirtiest places I have been to. Rubbish everywhere. Tables were all dirty, counters were filthy and the straws were set up so you had to put your hand in and fish around for one.

So far as fast food goes they aren't too bad, staff are quite friendly and have great order accuracy

Hungry Jack's is always tasty. I found this place needed more counter staff when I visited here. Nevertheless the staff were very helpful and coped well with the busy trade. Keep up the good work.
