Hungry Jack's

I fly every second week for work and get a breaky wrap each time. I have no idea why it takes so long for the kitchen to prepare my order. Even like today when no other orders are on the screen the wait is long, about ten minutes. I compare this restaurant to other HJ's in Australia.

Such a lovely new place. But unfortunately the food was terrible dry and toastie was not cooked properly. Great place and service. Food terrible

Biggest wow factor I have had in a fast food shop. Let's not talk about the food quality.

Warning! Allow yourself at least 40 minutes before your flight to order from here! I ordered popcorn chicken and a frozen coke waited for 20 minutes and order never came. I ended up having to leave without my order as my flight got called. I asked staff multiple times where my order was and the response I got was “one minute” the staff were slow and no motivation to get orders out fast despite the backlog of orderes they had even behind my one.
I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund.

They don’t know what they’re doing here everyone had to wait 25-30 mins for their orders, some people nearly missed their flights. Completely disorganised and understaffed. Never waited so long for a simple take away meal and cannot understand how it took so long, honestly unreal.

If you have a flight to catch DO NOT order there wow I have never seen such a zoo before so slow wow wow wow terrible

Cold burgers, very very slow and is a truly depressing experience - and you don't go into this thinking it would be good, so this isn't coming from a high expectation. Stark comparison to the options available before you go through customs - hungry jacks must have long leases at the airports to get away with this.

On the other hand it does make you appreciate how far airport food has come by being a reminder of how bad things used to be.

Not family pack forcing us to buy individual burgers turns out very expensive to feed a family. Every item in the normal family pack is available individually. Just feels like trying to rip us off.

Severe food poisoning. On 16 June 2023 I ordered a large Angry Whopper combo. It wasabout midnight. About 5 hours later I was hit with an intense bout of vomiting and dihorrea which lasted 1 hour. I almost couldn't board my next flight due to this condition.

The store was filthy. Food all over the floor. You could watch the staff members walking over it without bothering to clean. I bet what made me so sick was that they used ingredients from the floor to make my burrger.

A shocker customer service experience. Unaware of what they've run out of until the end of a lengthy waiting process (they probably should have had less chatting time with their work mates). It's hard for some people to engage with eye contact or a smile, or even a 'sorry we took so long'.

Before you que up for a day and a half.
FYI for morning flights. They only sell chicken corpse and breakfast items.
No vegan/vege stuff

The vegan burger isn't good. I expected it to be kinda similar to Burger King's but it had peas and tasted different. It's one of the few restaurants in the airport that open as early as 5.30 am. Lines can get long.

It gets 3 stars because they sell reasonably priced food at the airport but who runs out of beef and rebel patties!? !

Slowest Fast food ever.
Had to get on my flight but wanted something in my stomach, so was in a bit of a hurry. Workers preparing the burgers didn't care at all about the line of waiting customers. They proceeded to daydream and look at, what I assumed to be cute cat-videos, on their phones. Once the burgers were ready, they were just laying there for 15 minutes with no one caring about bringing them to the front desk for pickup. So obiously they were cold by the time we got them.

Please don't waste your money eating here, staff looks tired and not interested. Cold meal and disgusting taste. What a shame as hungry jacks in suburbs is great.

Bag ripped from the bottom while we went to take a seat to eat. Staff were so kind they made us whatever we dropped.

Sore stomach for days after eating here. Food poisoning? Place was disgusting and they only had chicken available.

Staff is rude, refused to take Hungry Jack's app's voucher and not informed before. Also got me wrong item with sauce leaked everywhere.

Ordered Bacon Deluxe Whopper, bacon was hard and tasteless. The coke was heavily diluted and tasted like sugar water. Very slow service all thumb down

The rude gentleman at the front counter just rudely announces the he can’t take any more orders even with 4 people in the queue, turns off the lights without much of an apology or recommendations and turns away from the waiting customers, even the staff looking at customers and this gentleman looked stunned and embarrassed and all this occurred just before 7.00 yet closing time is listed as 8.00pm
