Hungry Jack's

This is one of the best Hungry Jacks branch in Australia, it is open 24 hours. The burger is fresh with quick service. The place is not big, but close to public transport, Deakin university and PLC school. Staffs are friendly and polite too. Thank you!

The staff wasn't welcoming and it wasn't even crowded when we arrived, it took around 5 min to even greet us.
I'm sure I won't be there again

Ordered grilled chicken burger earlier today. Chicken patty was raw from inside. Burger had no taste at all. Worse burger from Hungry Jack till date.

Food is your average Hungry Jack's quality, however, this store is definitely not 24hrs like it says on the sign. If you are not 24hrs, please do not have it on your huge sign post.

Went for a late night snack, and Sena took my order- needless to say was an absolute legend this women is.
She made my experience fun, and I think most, if not all Hungry Jacks need to employ themselves a Sena to boost their sales!
Would give it 6 stars, but unfortunately 5 is the max.

I ordered at home but the quantity and quality was not good. I didn't received the proper items as well which I ordered.

Order was made incorrectly, was missing a meat patty and bacon on one of the burgers and onion rings were burnt and cold. One of the girls on front counter was super rude and should definitely be fired

My guilty little secret really, I'm a sucker for their junior whopper meal which I garnish with extra beef patties.

Order here twice. Love the combos. The vegetarian combos are expensive while the non vegetarian combos are cheap. This is what I don't like. However, the burgers are tasty and the food is served hot.

Have been to this shop many times but only this time it is worth a 5 star- good customer service deliveried by Leanora

Pretty stock-standard for a takeout place. The staff keep the place clean and smile; the food is tasty. What more do you want?

So disappointed tonight I did a drive thru at 12am got my order after 15 minutes. I noticed that my bag doesn't have chips in it when I got home. Never again!

The burgers are good but not the best.don't get confused with 24 hours board that is displayed at the entrance. It is only open during from 7Am to 11.59Pm. Driveway is cramped and getting out is tricky and watchout for the oncoming traffic.

I have ordered 2 small fries but I've received only one small fries priced $1 but they charged me $2. Secondly I've order a "shake and win" burger, they have given me the wrong burger (I've ordered a tendercrisp from the shake&win app, but they have been given me a beef burger) I went to the restaurant for the replacement but they were very rude. This is not the first time, they have verbally abused immigrants several times. Specially the Asian manager (not an Indian) who's a woman who doesn't even have basic manners on how to deal with such trivial issues. The way she has handled along with two other asian women about this issue is horrible. If this repeats again, the restaurant ratings will stoop very low.

I ordered a large meal but they gave me a small meal. When I asked about it they told to take the small meal. However they charged for a large meal form me. Very cunning staff working at this hungry juck’s I don’t recommend for anyone to come to this restaurant.

Very friendly staff, who make changes as per customers. Very good seating area, children play area, parking space and wheel chair facilities

My friend and I ordered a TenderCrisp Hunger Tamer and a side order of a Grill Chicken with Bacon and Avocado burger. After receiving the order, we realised that the burgers were all cold and the bun tasted stale. The chicken patties for all were extremely dry, making them hard to swallow. I am not sure if the patties have been cooked much earlier in advance and left outside for a long period of time. The quality of food was disappointing and I really hope that something can be done to ensure that they are value for money.

The place was dirty. Like really dirty. The staff were totally disorganised. We were left standing waiting to order for almost 15 minutes while staff members stood around doing what appeared to be nothing more than talking amongst themselves. The burgers when they eventually arrived looked nothing like the pictures above the counter. Chicken nuggets were overcooked and dry. Overall it was revolting. Never again. We will use MacDonalds in future.

Went there for my lunch meal I did drive through stuff charge me 30cents extra when I ask receipt she said our printer nd working when I got my meal from next window
