55I love to support local businesses so they grow and we grow with them. Hungry Jack's Springvale has been here for a long time since i was little. Remembered this Hungry Jack's where you can drink as much as you want. Don't know if it still exists? Most important is that the restaurant still survives and kicks. Hope every Springvale citizen comes and supports our Springvale Hungry Jack's family restaurant.
The people working here literally have the IQ of a chimp. Several times they have botched up my orders, and I've finally had enough. I specifically asked for a plant based whooper with cheese. Instead I was given the vegan equivalent, and there wasn't even cheese on it. I had to eat a disgusting burger mostly because vegan mayonnaise is beyond horrible. I scrapped it off when I got home. When I received my order I specifically asked them if this was the plant based vegetarian burger, and they said yes. Because it was a takeaway order, I didn't realise they had botched it up until I got home. I can't drive and it takes me at least 45 minutes to get there and I wasn't going to take another one and half hour trip on buses to demand to get what I ordered.
I'm never going back here because over the past few years they have given me the wrong order at least ten times. They also botch up meat based hamburgers as well. I've tried to buy them for friends, and they often give you the wrong burger.
I tried calling them half a dozen times to complain about their poor service, but no one picked up the phone.
This place is a disgrace. You can't even get hold of the franchise manager because no one picks up the phone. Why bother even having a phone number if no one picks it up.
The burgers are good IF you get the right one. But there's only a fifty fifty chance of that happening.
I find it difficult to believe this place has a three and a half star rating. I'm beginning to suspect that management is manipulating the rating system here.
Avoid this place like the plague.
Manager and staff are very rude. I have been to hungry jacks at diff locations around melbourne and when i order 2 chicken royal meals, i pay in two transactions.but here, for the second transaction they are charging $3 more. I tried to explain but they were too rude.

However, Nirmal is a rude staff, not good at customer service. She had a very bad attitude towards myself and my wife. Better to allocate someone with good customer service. 26.11.21 at approx 0320hrs
Hate the long wait times at this place especially during late night hours when the place is not busy at all. The burger preparation is worst as everything falls off when u open the wrapper. It used to b a good place but not its services have downgraded a lot.
Waited inside for 5minutes, did not even get served to place an order, walked out.this branch is a slow service outlet, have had similar experience before, thought the service may have improved.wishful thinking on my part.
Got lunch from here today but was not allowed to dine-in despite the government allowing dine-in for weeks now. Hungry Jacks, pick up your game and learn to live with Covid.

Worst service ever. Just ordered family feast, when I came to drive through ask me stay on the waiting area. After 10 minutes one of the guys came and delivered my order to the car parked next to me. Once they recognised it not there’s the staff member came to me and handover the food to me as it is. Once I have mentioned it to him then only he said he’ll change over everything for me. My problem is to prepare the food took considerable amount of time and to change it over the food that I have ordered took less than 5 minutes. Never going to Hungry Jacks Springvale again.
No tissue, excessive sauces all around bag, there's not a single day you guys made me disappointed. It so annoying, everytime it is like that.
Burger slapped together poorly. Need to think about slowing down and stacking the contents of the burger properly so not a mess when opened up to eat. Sauce also not centrally placed so half of burger dry and other side smothered and spewing out. Tasted ok at the time but felt average a few hours later. Probably explains why normally 6 months between visits
Ordered a chicken burger and a whopper. Both piping hot and salad was fresh. Staff are polite and friendly at this location.
While the burgers were satisfying, the rundown look of the store was depressing.
A fresh coat of paint and lighting will go a long way.
I ordered a whopper meal asked to be made fresh they insisted it was chips cols burger cold terrible service and rude staff.
This is what Hungry jacks full meal drink looks like! I mean. Avoid these scammers or pay for a small.
Food quality absolutely poor.
Not only did the food get delivered late. It all went into the bin as it was ALL COLD with RAW bacon and a burger missing its meat. Chips cold. The only thing that was how it should be was the cokes cold.
I have seen so much negative feedback which I feel from my experience doesn't match.
Definately recommended to drop in but do not order with Menulog. In store for pickups I haven't got any issue from last approx 7 to 9 visits but last Monday I was bit sick, not able to drop in. And made mind to order online through Menulog which was not a right decision. They did send the parcel but I never ever got it delivered. Called both hungry jacks and Menulog customer service. Lady over the phone did understand what I elaborated to her. And within 3 days I got my refund which I was not expected but it was gesture of goodwill.

Chips and hashbrowns cooked fresh, good service and the burgers are okay - my patty was slightly burnt.
Drive through workers are very rude and i ordered 5 burgers with perri perri sauce guess what noone of em had even they charged me for extra. Worst experience ever
We ordered our dinner through menu log only to receive it with multiple items missing. How about introducing some sort of checking system before meals are sent out to prevent this happening. Very poor effort for something that is so easily avoidable. The burgers may be better at hungry Jack's but the service certainly isn't.
Kids meal and onion rings missing in the delivery order. Received veggie burger but the patty was burnt, not in a condition to be consumed. Called the restaurant many times to complain but no one answered. Very disappointed.
Worst experience food is disgusting undercooked they forgot things in my order didn't read or look at any customisation made so I paid for things I did not receive and still no refund they won't answer there phone or even reply don't waste your time or money
