Not too much to say but this hungry jacks usually have pretty good food and the drive thru experience is usually quite easy

I'm old and was having a "seniors moment". Got myself a bit muddled. But the lovely Charlotte, who served me, was patient and helped me work thru my queries. She was very clear over the drive thru speaker. Very clearly spoken Aussie accent. Easy to understand. Great experience

Picked up my order.
They forgot to put toy in the happy meal.
Also took them ages to give my neal

They changed the decor to plain style. Nothing to draw you into it, it Was like a diner. But food is way better than Knox HJ.won't go there because of past experiences.

The girl sarah who took my order was very speedy and efficient and demonstrated good customer service.she recommended some very yummy food.good on you sarah!

Definitely a different menu from Burger king. They have frozen coke which is not available in America.a spicy chicken sandwich. There is many other things like a Carolina double whopper. Taste better as well. It's pretty clean compared to Burger King as well.

I went to Hungry Jacks Rowville on 04/02/23 to grab meals for my family.
Fastest service ever! I'd barely walked away from placing my order when my number was called. The staff are very friendly too.

Worst Hungry Jacks I've ever been to. It needs a health inspector to shut it down. Every time I've been stupid enough to order from here, the food has been extremely poor quality. The last time i came here, i waited 15 minutes (wasn't even busy) for a toasted sandwich, which i then noticed was made with mouldy bread. When i told them, they just remade the sandwich. I couldn't trust that they didn't make the new sandwich from the same loaf of bread. Staff were not apologetic for the extreme time delay nor the mouldy bread.

My family love Tropical Whopper. It is a to die for burger. It has everything you could want, plenty of sauces, salad, meat, bacon and the piece de resistance, pineapple. Please extend it's time each year.

Disgusting, chips were luke warm, chicken was tough on burger, only 6 other people on restaurant, waste of money.

Still the same Hungry Jack's quality, in a freshly renovated outlet.
Gone is the free flow drinks refill.

Food was excellent as were the coffees. Restaurant was clean with plenty of room between tables. Also plenty of tables and seating outside in the fresh air if you prefer.

Went through drive thru. Very polite staff. Ordered 2 regular Baconator meals. The Baconator burger was so small compared to the advertisement of it. Not worth it. So disappointed.

Finally a Hungry Jacks that doesn’t appear to be ran and operated by the spawn of Satan. We dined in and old mate who took our order was great and actually showed some enthusiasm for working there which is rare. Food was fresh, fires were hot and the place was pretty clean too. No complaints from me!

Overflowing bins, rubbish on the front counter. Pair that with not filling our order properly and the average food quality - this is the worst Hungry Jack's I've ever been to. I will never return. I will update if I end up getting gastro or food poisoning from this place.

If I get a chance to score less then 1 star I would but no option online.went through drive through ordered 2 chicken royal burgers both of them were cold not even warmed up in microwave for 2 sec like cold cold

The young lady at the counter was not responding well to my requests. She was lacking manners in greetings like 'I beg your pardon, I did not get that etc. She may be new to Australia. Manager says she is the best.

Visit this restaurant twice this week via drive through. Missing items I ordered for both times. Is this the way hungry jack make money? Be carful customers you may be fooled by this restaurant. The worst hungry jack I’ve ever met in Australia!

The workers were very lovely especially the person that took our orders (I think their name was Micah).
One burger was missing cheese and my meal was missing my small fries, they happily gave us the missing cheese and also Micah upside my chips to a medium which was very nice.
Food was great and fresh.
