The food wasn’t bad here. The wait times are on par with most hungry jacks where you wait at least 5 minutes.

Very slow and rude staff. The woman who was working 3/12 at 3: 00 AM she didn’t give us food even food was ready. And Food was really cold.

I would avoid this place.
Bad customer service. Slow, useless staff.

They took forever to make my food, 1 meal 15 minutes. Other HJs it'd be ready before I even finish paying for it. The staff were rude and got my order wrong, I had to go back multiple times.
The worst part was when I went to collect the order they told me it's not my order, even after we confirmed the name on it and the contents. They literally said "that's not your order" and I said yeah it is and showed them a screenshot of the order. Luckily I took a screenshot. They were really rude though, no thanks and sorry. The manager is the same, so the poor demeanour is coming from bad management. The place is doomed. Very poor customer service. You're meant to smile and be polite.
Food was a bit sub par, but the useless staff ruined the experience. My girlfriend was literally trembling it stressed her out so much, being antagonised for simply going to collect our order and they missed 2 items from it that we had to go back to get. Actually a bad experience. Avoid this place. Music is up too loud as well. They asked other people to prove and show their order number when picking up too. It's not a friendly thing. "That's not your order" what a thing to say to someone.

This is the worst place ever! Understaffed! Ice cream machine is always broken! And they can’t even get your order right, this has happened for the third time in a row. Highly disappointed

Is located in CBD and manys plug for people who need to charge battery. Clean and tidy, and the price is cheap.

Being in the area near a lot of universities and student accommodation, you can expect to see a crowd here. The food was good but the service was a little lackluster.

The same price has a great advantage, and the super stunner can basically eat enough, killing the McDonald's and K Ji next door.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Hungry Jack's today! While I was waiting for my order, I noticed that my order number was not shown on the screen and it had been a while (which is weird). To my surprise, the staff kindly upgraded my meal as a gesture of goodwill and compensation. Their generosity and excellent customer service truly made my day.

A regular spot people go for a 1-dollar coffee after working or class in RMIT University. The coffee is pretty basic but it is worth a dollar.

Staff was rude, burgers were so bad! Cold, cheese not even melted. My partner had to ask so it to be heated, he got another burger and it was the same. Cold and gross. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. I took a video of it and if I could share it here I would!

Food was tasty but the lady staff worked at midnight was extremely rude. What a terrible service～

Ideally Located Opposite Melbourne Central, this Hungry Jacks is very Spacious, the Burgers are great, the Service is friendly and fast.

There a was a junky hack there, bit of excitement for the night. Late night shenanigans. Wasn't real impressed with the food. Don't know why I didn't go the burrito.

The Store manager (at 12: 20am Sunday 20th of June) called the police on my friend, who is black, as they were "intimidated" (what the police told us). All he did was ask to not have his order thrown at him.

I understand that staff may be short with customers at such a busy time but to take it that far was unnecessary and would not have happened had I made the complaint (I'm white). This was made apparent when I came to the counter to simply ask what was going on, and the staff changed their demeanour straight away.

I suggest hungry jacks follow the lead of other large organisations and invest in unconscious bias training for their staff.

Always a good place to stop in for a bite to eat. Caramel sundaes and chips are god tier (together, of course) and the size of the burgers is pretty good. Mostly worth what you pay. No real complaints:)

Food missing. Food lukewarm. Utensils missing. Hot and cold food packed together. It could have been good but it wasn't to usual HJs standard.

I ordered a medium 12 nuggets meal with a thick shake. The shake is half full. And they didn’t give me any sauce even though I put the sauce in the order. The time I went there was not even busy. Just me and another one customer. They should pay more attention on the order.: (

Quick and easy to order, however orders are not correctly prepared. I asked for a Fanta frozen and got a coke
I'd rather go to the KFC.

I came here to have lunch as comfort food after a really horrible morning at work, and the staff were so so lovely they made me feel a lot better also rebel whoppers are delicious

I liked the fact it's fast service. Now we can dine in and also there is charging stations to charge your phone.
