Hungry Jack's

I went in to eat with my family and i couldnt even wash my hands because the rest room stinked so bad it wasnt even clean.there wasnt even sanitiser

I always have such a positive experience at this store - despite being located on such a busy road, service is always quick. Staff are also always friendly!

As I went to the toilet, the men's toilets were stinky, so I left that room, and then I went to the women's toilet, which was more stinky. Poor toilet hygiene and service, and the sanitizers and soap weren't working too.

The food here belongs in a luxury restaurant, i can tell my bacon deluxe was cooked with love.the fries tasted so homemade.i love sunshine.i wish my grandma wasnt dying. #happyvibes

None friendly drive through service food was cold and terrible. Got a replacement chips tho.
Still wasn't any better.
Don't waste your time and money.

Hungry jacks is pretty good, i like the BBQ cheeseburger but it has too much sauce + they increased the prices.there are alot more better fast food places than hungry jacks. I had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to arrive when there was no customers.overall 3/5

No issue with the food. Staff are incompetent and hardly ever get the order right. Even when you try and sort out the orders to make amends, they can’t figure out what to give you or what to charge

Staff had little to zero customer service experience. Order screen was displaying a good 5-7 red orders (delayed) and they have removed all forms of family bundles, meals etc from the menu.

Very busy store, but food is always on point.
Also there's a female manager that I see working her butt off, not sure what her name is but she is literally the reason that orders are going out, Wether in-store or drive thru.
Also Always really friendly!

Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating and helping me to heat my baby's bottle. Atmosphere was friendly and the food on point.

One of my fave HJs, 100x better than woeful High point one, staff that are friendly & polite, food hot & tasty.

The place is filthy, Floors table everything is sticky, ants on the serving counter, I raised the issue to the staff only to get replied, it's ok there only 'ants' like don't worry about it. EWWW

This store is run down and in need of a reno. Upon entering the store was quiet yet every table was sticky with crumbs all over it, hence customers are cleaning up after themselves but the staff probably never wiped a single table the entire day, very disgusting.

Food prep was really bad, patties were burnt and burger looked like it was prepared by a blind employee on his first day

Sloppy people working at this store. I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes elsewhere than go to this Hungry Jack's store. The burgers do not even look like what you've ordered. Missing items more so than not.

Kind of fortunate Carl's Jr is opening soon nearby.

Better beef burgers than macca's, a shame that they couldn't use their original name "Burger King" from America due to patent. This branch is usually not too pack which is a merit point for me.

They only ever have 1 staff member on the counter no matter how busy it is. The poor staff! Not only does this put too much pressure on these minimum wage workers but it also makes wait times ridiculously long.

Onion rings were cold, the bacon deluxe burger was luke warm and soggy.this has put me off trying hungry jacks again.l would not serve this to my dog.

Worst Hungry Jacks I have been to. Food is always cold, items missing and the wait is always long. Don’t waste your time and money, I keep giving them a chance in the hopes they will get better but it just gets worse.

The store n staff are still great. Churning out food efficiently but the new pork belly deluxe burger was a let down. I was expecting more to it. Based on the TV commercial, d size, flavour and texture were misleading.in my opinion
Next to try is d Jack's chicken burger. Hope it's good
