69If there was a negative star it wouldn’t be enough. This Hungry Jacks is the worst shop u have ever seen. And if you order through Uber they take forever and the food arrives cold and absolutely not cooked well. Workers are very rude and unresponsive, such small unprofessional staff with a rude attitude. A complete 0/10
I know this is a fast food restaurant, so know not to expect much. But this place grabs the bar and lowers it significantly. The restaurant permeates with the smell of toilets and urine. Disinterested staff took a long time to serve our meals despite no one in the queue ahead of us. Next time I won't let my sons choose where we eat and insist we to Burgetory or Burgies instead. I wouldn't go back here if the food was free.
I requested everything to be freshly cooked. Instructions were completely disregarded. And I had to come back and request my food to be freshly cooked. I had to wait for another 15 minutes. Manager behaviour was very bad. She needs to address her workplace attitude.
Very Poor Service
Ordered via drive threw, left and went onto the freeway. Order was completely wrong or someone else’s order. I ordered Wopper & got some chicken meal and a plant based whopper. Both contained onion & ok
Allergic. Couldn’t even risk the chips. Waste of food and money. Mind you order was verbally confirmed by them on handover of the product.
I think more care needs to be taken or more staff. Maybe they are over worked.
But allergies can be a serious issue.
That's why I like visiting Hungry Jacks they supply breakfast and meals at all times, Great food, I ordered double whopper meal affordable price friendly services, huge dinning area, clean and tidy your choice take away or dine in there's wheelchair access, toilet. Busy location with buses for public transport and many more food outlets around the area really love it.
We had breakfast here, and it wasn't very crowded, with most of the seats still closed. The staff was quick to respond and very friendly. Since it was during breakfast hours and there were fewer staff members, the food quality was below average. Also, there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness inside the restaurant.
Omg so SLOW. In drive through I was told to wait at Red Rooster car park next door?
Probably never coming back
A very dirty restaurant in itself, the food was on the cold side when it finally did come out after a 10min wait. All the staff just stood around talking with each other and didn't seem to be bothered to do their jobs and serve customers. Overall a very disappointing experience
Staff doesn't really care about quality of their burgers, today I bought 2 large size meal one was vegan and other one was angry something, they literally gave me saggy chips and burger was just 2 buns and a patty with tiny salad and I paid $27 for that. Didn't expect this from hungry jack. This is not the first time
Normal fast food, just a bit inconvenient to be able to enter from Camp Rd but exit only onto Sydney Rd
We waited for at-least 30 mins and then got a response they are closed…. ️
How friendly they are with the customers…… don’t waste your time over hereeeeeeee guysssssssssssssss……….
Doesnt listen to what customer is ordering drive thru, they should open their second window for fast service. As staff has seen standing free inside the last window. That will reduce the waiting time.
Went to drive through for lunch yesterday. Got the coldest burgers (had ordered two tendercrisp meals (soft and soggy fries)

Staff in drive through need to be trained professionally.they should know what is customer value.i ordered one veggie burger and one cheese burger by itself but the girl who was taking my order she thought veggie burger with meal anyway that can happen i understood.i got charged for full meal and when i was about to take my food i asked the the girl made mistake i didnt order a meal.i want only burger not meal.the indian lady manager and the indian boy who was serving they said (by rude face) u r already been charged so we cant do anything.and i got upset said but this is not my fault i didnt order the full meal.and they gave me change back and say nothing but in rude face and saying no apologise.so they should know how to do customer service and what is customer value.that was 6th december around 11pm.please dont be rude with customers.
Their burgers never have any sauce.
Get double mayo if you are expecting any amount of flavour in your burger.
Tried the Jack's classic chicken here and was disappointed.
This place is run by unprofessional people so always check your food before you leave also check what they charge you, because many times I left with short food and over charged.
Ordered a double cheeseburger meal through drive through. Got a ruined, undercooked beef paddy and mustard leaking from outside the wrapper. I went inside to get a replacement with high hopes that it was simply mistake, asked respectfully for a new one. And despite this after waiting for 5 minutes for a new one, I opened it to see it had ham, and bbq sauce and was not my order. I then asked for a refund, he gave it, but no apology was offered. Thanks very much, this is not the first time this happened. Wish I had taken a photo of the burger, but to somewhat entrench this is not bs, photo of refund is attached.
This Hungry Jacks must belong to some kind of royalty because in any other circumstance I cannot imagine how it would not have been shut down. No-one else has the talent or creative intellect and spirit to mess up an order nearly as badly as this Hungry Jacks. Surely the training regime of this store must involve purposely cooling food, forgetting to microwave every burger, ensuring chips are overstocked and ensuring sticky drink spills and coats every cup delivered to the customer. The burgers are absolutely better at Hungry Jacks, but if you find yourself craving one at the intersection of Sydney and Camp road, go to the Macca's, you'll be much less disappointed.
If there’s any negative star rating, I would give -10 definitely, they are short of staff, I would like to know what is drive thru means to serve ASAP, I ordered a whopper meal which should be readyin 5 mins approximately they ask me to park you car in red roaster parking, we will bring it out for you and guess what they took 20 mins for that shitest drive thru I’ve ever experienced they definitely need to hire more staff!
