Hungry Jack's

They wouldn't care about the review I guess. But at the time this review is written. The only person actually moving and working is the blonde girl wearing headset. The other staff didn't even care, they kept on talking and laughing. Wait time in this place is always ridiculous

The coffee is terrible. Of course this was expected, so i ordered a vanilla shot hoping to mask the taste of their disgustingly burnt and rotten brew- but after making me wait 10 minutes they decided to forget it. The stirrers they use go back in a bucket labeled ‘sanitiser’ so that’s for hygiene. Maybe the morning staff are lowsy, but $3 for a medium should’ve been enough warning to me

WORST FOOD I have ever tasted. The most disgusting, greasy, slop that I have eaten in my entire life. The burger was somehow soggy but bone dry, and the chips tasted like actual carboard. This experience has put me off fast food forever - everytime I pass a hungry jacks I think of this meal and gag.

Charcoal nuggets (well overdone), no sauces provided, burgers cold and one of the burgers was thrown into bag with the contents of the burger all over the contents of the bag (ie pickles, tomato and burger sauce on our fries).
The hungry jacks burgers are great when fresh ands warm. These were the opposite

It's hungry jacks, the service is good, and the food is better than most other hungry jacks

Got there on my way to the Airport, but the manager and staff were there taking their sweet time preparing for other things alongside my order. Foods are just your everyday Hungry's.

One of the most interesting drive throughs in the world. If you go directly its quick and easy but there's a trickster gnome nearby who is known to redirect cars into a maze where only self reflection can get you out. Staff are always quick to help people find their inner truths to get out of the maze!

We are a family and we visited Hungry jacks pascoe vale. The service was very quick and staff was so polite. We appreciate the people working there

Wow Jack would be rolling in his grave at this atrocity of this store. Why tarnish the memory of Jack McBurgerton in such a fashion?

Waited 22min for food to come out order was incorrect the service extremely slow and very understaffed

I couldn’t communicate with staff, music was so loud like a night club. I asked them 4 times to lower the music. It was giving me a headache. Also they didn’t cook the bacon, i showed staff it wasn’t cooked, the just said yea it cooked, when it wasn’t.

Ordered a Carolina whopper hunger tamer box and a Oreo storm. Best burger I've had from hungry jacks in quite a while, decently quick service very nice staff. 900% better than preston bell street.

Drive thru the worst experience I have ever had. A definite language barrier. Food took 5 minutes to arrive and drinks a further 5. Whole experience was 15
Minutes. Terrible

I had to go back to the counter and ask if they could please microwave my burger because it wasn't even luke warm.

They have the AC in there at max freezing and for a fast food resturant getting the order was a little on the slow end despite the below average number of customers waiting during dinner time

The Shell Coles Express is the reason I'm here actually. Never tried HJ here, as my last experience with HJ Bulla was so disappointing I'm off the entire chain of restaurants as a result. Sorry.

The statistical likelihood of ordering from this hungry jacks and receiving your order even close to correct is lower than Carl Sagan returning from the dead. I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if my burger arrived with the sole of an employees lace up leather shoe inside it.

Although well located, I suggest sticking to drive through. The dining room is small and there are very few spots available. However, if you don't mind a short walk across Suffolk Rd, park ant McDonald's. The toilets are also better there.

Manners for a start. Just saying "what can I get you" without a greeting is just rude. They forgot my burger, (this isn't the first time) thankfully I looked right in front of them and said can you please complete the order. They asked "what is it missing? "
I responded "have a look? She looked and was confused. I had to tell her "the whopper". WOW, dreadful training happening.
And to top it off, the fries was 1/2 full. Seriously!

Went to hungry Jack and could not believe what I received in my order.
I ordered a grilled chicken burger and all I got when I received it was a grilled chicken burger wihout any lettuce and cold.
I tried several times to call them and place a complaint but NO ONE answer there phone.
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.
