Wi-FI quality is the worst in my experience.
You can't feel refreshed for internet condition.

전기포트도 많이 낡았어요.
전반전인 시설이 낡았습니다.
히터도 힘들게 작동하네요.
The electric kettle is too old.
All things are not newly, I felt.
The air conditioner is not good.

직원분들은 친절하십니다.
However, the owner and employee are very kindly.

정말 단순 숙박만 하실게 아니라
쾌적한 편의시설을 원하시면
다른 곳을 알아보시는게 좋습니다.
If you want good WiFi, good kettle, good bathroom, it is better to search for others.
If you want just sleeping, it is not bad.

Very accommodating had a nice breakfast. I've been there a few times now, always very nice clean rooms

Excellent hosts are Martin and Louise, top spacious accommodation in a great location close to Tullarmarine Airport.

Great place to stay. Very humble staff they let me check in earlier. Also has a secure car park which is a plus point.
If I had to will definitely stay again and recommend to fnf.

3 1/2 stars is about right but service was 5 stars all the way. Pete and Wilma were fantastic and very accommodating.

Very good budget hotel. Very clean. But basic no bar or restaurant as described in the booking site I used. However I would recommend this place if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep.

Very friendly staff throughout our stay, check in was quick. The car parking is behind secure gates which put our kind at ease.

A wonderful little motel on the way into the city from the north. Visiting friends in Fawkner, pals in Preston, or rellies in Reservoir? This is a handy, affordable, clean option close to the M80. Also, close to shops, a playground, and the unusual tourism drawcard of The Square.

Sooo very happy all round, cannot speak highly enough of lady Louise who looks after this homely motor Inn, she is the reason we will keep coming back along with the clean, fresh happy rooms with extremely comfy bed, has everything we need and safe spot for the car, A+ thank you Louise and we def will be back!

Lovely place to stay, large clean comfy rooms, huge bathroom. The staff are so lovely. We will be back.

This is a great place to have a wonderful rest after a long drive.
The meals are fantastic well worth trying the stir fry or the grilled chicken breast.

Staff are very friendly, bed is comfortable and shower has plenty of hot water. The food is good quality. Intimate restraunt. The only concern is the security gate of a night time, it is very safe and secure but makes a loud noise when it closes.

Stayed here for one night on 17/08-18/08. The owners, are SOO lovely, heart warming and welcoming people!

Pamela made sure I was well looked after as I was seeking a quiet room and my goodness it was quiet! Cozy, comfortable and modern room.

Friendly management / staff, well maintained, clean comfortable room, decent size bathroom, no issues, no noise. Close to M80 - Western Ring Road, Gowrie Train station and bus stop feet away. Wide choice of decent local shop's, Restaurant's, Pub's, Takeaways, endless choices in walking distance.

WORST PLACE EVER DON'T STAY HERE IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY. U are greeted by awful husband and wife who are both extremely rude people who make sure u don't feel welcome and don't allow you to enjoy your stay. They don't know how to use any manners and don't care that they speak to u like your a bad child who needs to be reprimanded and sent to bed. Honestly I can't TELL U JUST HOW BAD WE WERE MADE TO FEEL. OUR DAY WAS TURNED FROM GOOD TO BAD. SORRY WE WERE NICE AND CHEEFFUL UNTIL WE MET THE MANAGERS OF THIS AWFUL HOTEL.

The 2 narcissistic opportunistic inhumane lady and old man that run this motel are the 2 most abusive. Rudest.cruelest.unsympathetic 'human abusers' -ive ever seen in my whole entire long life anywhere in the world! They should be trialled and locked up for the abuse and threats they made to a vulnerable gentlemen that i witnessed myself there. Its no wonder the majority of their reviews are so bad that people offer a minus 1 star if thats what they could rate. I would rate a minus 10 if that was available to click on
. But i will be taking the matter i witnessed by those 2 horrendous animals that are supposed to be running a legitimate motel but were willing to accept extra cash on the side off the books to get their way.they tried that strategy with me but couldn't outsmart me. I'll definitely be making formal complaints to all the relevant departments and industries so they can finally shut down this horror motel that preys on vulnerable people that aren't aware of their rights.then hopefully theyll both be prosecuted as well with the harshest penalties.

Only ever been with relife reception but they are so welcoming and accommodating it's like coming home.

Also couldn't sing enough praise of their meals. Very gourmet and delicious!
