Hume Tennis & Community Centre reviews
15Unreal centre! Incredible people, atmosphere and environment for all tennis players and the community!
Friendly staff. Courts are well maintained. Competition is well run and always has a fun competitive vibe.
Amazing place! Great coaching for the kids. Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch. Training price is affordable and the courts are world class. Australian of the Year 2022, Dylan Alcott, practices his tennis here. Overall great experience since 2016 for me and my friends too.
Facilities are fantastic but social tennis was $10 for a few years and very well organised. However in 2023 social tennis increased to $15 per session and has become poorly organised and participation is lacking. Needs improvement.
Love the soft play centre for
My 13
Month old
And they make delicious hot choocies and coffee
Nice infrastructure but if you are working monday to friday and thinking to hit in the weekend do not even think to join this club. You will never get a chance to play. Courts are already pre-booked. If you are lucky to get a chance to book in they will still kick you out by saying that courts are booked for training.probably this club is good for learner but not socal player.not recommended!
One of the best tennis clubs in Northern Suburbs. The venue is well maintained & facilities are great.
Awesome for regular tennis classes, tournaments & private lessons.
Fantastic place, big club, plenty of tennis here, come on over you will enjoy.it specializes more in junior tennis.
My child loves playing tennis at Hume and really enjoys the Active Holiday program. The staff are professional, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Booked online. Received the code for the gate. Didn’t work the code. No one to assist after hours. Tried more than ten minutes. Very disappointed Hume Tennis.
Many Courts, Many products, Many food items, many plans and many more. Canteen is Decent, shop is decent. People are Good and so is the place and location. Good Tennis Centre. Recommend.
Excellent tennis club for all ages dont understand 1star reviews, this club is 5 star place 100%! I love coming back and playing at these nice courts. Staff is very friendly and proffessional too
Poor management with poor ethics. They withdrew money from my old credit card account without my authorization. When questioned, they failed to answer my questions to my satisfaction. They store all your current and previous credit cards and you never know how they are going to use your credit card details.
If you want to play with a ten gallon heavy tennis ball soaked in water due to wet courts in a rainy day, you are more than welcome to join and play to develop injuries. Nobody even bothers to mop at least few wet courts to make them in playable condition.
Considering the weather conditions in Melbourne it's better to start with lowest membership to get the value for money.
There have been several instances where due to poor weather conditions in a given week, Platinum members have paid much higher amount compared to Gold and Silver for nothing. They DON'T compensate the cancelled sessions with money or additional sessions.
Teachers are all amazing.staff (especially alex) are helpful and understanding. Will always try there best to accomadate to your needs. Great holiday program. Very happy!
Great facilities. I just wish that all sports facilities only sold healthy food options. Especially for the younger generations to come.
