Human key locksmiths were stellar. From booking the job to fixing the locks at my place. Nick was exceptional. He not only replaced one lock, but repaired a faulty lock and actually fixed my sliding door which was misaligned from the start. Prices quoted to me initially was exactly what I paid after the job. Will definitely call then again.

I've had Human Key locksmiths visit 3 times so far from both Michael & Nick. The first time was to rekey all my locks.

A subsequent time was to address the front lock no longer unlocking where it was replaced with a brand new lock. The final visit was to resolve the brand new lock no longer locking.

Book ahead as they are busy, especially if you have a smaller job. I got a call straight away when booking via their website vs calling them so that's another tip.

The last visit was the icing on the cake. Nick visited and quickly addressed the issue and also highlighted some potential fixes for other things in the house. It's usually most telling when you request service for what is likely to be a warranty call and I am happy to say on both occasions Human Key Locksmiths came to the party and explained the problem at both times.

Nick even took the extra steps to vacuum the metal filings/grindings after he finished. If you're looking for service you can rely on, look no further than Human Key.

Fantastic. Michael was prompt and provided very good communication and explanation as to what would meet my requirements. The cost was competitive. He attended and changed over entry door locks. Was done very well including fixing striker plates to align with the door latch. Cleaned up. Very pleasant to deal with. I like to use locals wherever possible.

I called them mid morning, and they were there by early afternoon for a non urgent job!
