The male staff was friendly but he made a mistake by telling me the wrong discount and didn’t own it by offering it which made it lying about prices. Being apologetic is nice but still made me pay for more than what I expected. And the female staff was greeting okay but she got an attitude and wasn’t smiling at all. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

I’ve been in this store a few times and bought a few things. But the service in this specific store really needs a lot of work. There was no acknowledgement at all. I walked in with hands full of bags, not even a greeting. But as soon as two young tall men walked in, one of the female sales reps (who have walked past me couple of times and ignored me) called out and greeted them straight away
The only positive experience I had from this store was from a young man few months back.

The Boss's flagship store in Melbourne with greater choice, however, the service level and staff attention need improvement.

Amazing help from two young ladies. We purchased a jumper from there and it's amazing quality. Best customer service I've received In a long time. You two should get a pay rise!

Went to Hugo Boss Collins Street to buy a suit the other day and was served by Ricky.

Ricky provided great styling advice, was very knowledgeable about the fabrics, styles and cuts of the suits as well as what designs and style lines best suits my body type.

He was proactive in offering alteration services to ensure that the suit was better tailored to my shape and length as well as able to recommend where the suit needed to be altered.

Overall I had a great shopping experience and would highly recommend Hugo Boss Collins street and Ricky to family and friends. Ask for Ricky!

Saw Hugo Boss sale online, went to store yesterday afternoon and then I found amazing deal on trench coat, but they didn't have 46 size for me in Emporium store, but they did have in Crown store. I spoke to staff member - Sophia Walker. She advised that instead of me going there, she can go to store tomorrow and bring the right size to Emporium store (because I work close to Emporium store). This sort of customer service you don't get everday in your life. Although, I didn't want to buy it at the beginning, she made me to buy it today. That is all because of her outstanding customer service.
