Ordered olives from Tina the Greek women in the Delta food sales area of Hudson Pacific, and was discounted price on the olives and asked her why they cheaper than normal is there something wrong with them, and she the LIAR replied, no they are perfect just came in from Greece, so we ordered them, the container was rotting apart and rusted, TINA is a LIAR and shifty saleswomen, be careful with this business and also this sales crook Tina!
obviously they didnt give us refund as she would of admitted she sold me rubbish and old container, why didnt get a refund i dont know as weve spent thousands with them!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AND BE CAREFUL WITH THIS TINA LADY ESPECIALLY!

Hudson Pacific have been servicing my cafe in Melbourne's north for over 2 years now and are always patient with my ordering and pricing enquiries. My sales rep Nicole has gone above for myself and my family run business with pricing in products that we aren't familiar with - she is very helpful as are the customer service girls.

Hudson Pacific have been very efficient in the 2 years that we have been purchasing from them, the customer service team are always helpful and my driver is lovely. 5 stars.

Modern company, professional, courteous, accessible and always willing to support and provide assistance. Great mix of products, Hudson is a cut above the rest!

I have recently been dealing with this company and the customer service team and my sales rep have been so amazing to deal with.

These guys take incompetence to a whole new level. Takes hours to unload a single pallet, then even more to wait for paperwork. Have no regard for their obligations under the NHVL to unload trucks within a reasonable time and to advise of delays in excess of 30 mins.which they manage to exceed merely in waiting for paperwork let alone the actual delivery. Their disdain for transport companies and absolute disregard for driver safety and fatigue is appaling.

We are one franchise of a network of 80 stores. Have dealt with the company when they were Associated Foods. Since changed hands the company is not worth rating. Ordered a quantity of squeeze sauce boxes which were faulty (would not release the sauce) customers were being sprayed with sauce and could not get the sauce out of the dispensers.
Contacted them a ridiculous amount of times to have the faulty product picked up and replaced or credited. NO RESPONSE. This was in March.
We are now in July and have a response they want payment and yet they still have done nothing to rectify the issue. Not worth a rating unfortunately have to give one star as it wont let you post anything less.

Very bad customer service, first they told me "" we will call you back"" i waited for a day and then they started asking me about the whole thing again and finally she hung up the call. '''' -5 Stars"'

Hudson’s switching to domestic deliveries has been fabulous for me and my family. A great range of goods and the driver was fantastic. Recommend them during these tough times for good pricing, ranges, quality and service

I wish I could give them a 0 (no star). Called to enquire and someone hung up on me! When I called again, I was out on hold for over 15 minutes till I gave up. 2 words, LOUSY SERVICE
