I have just bought a broccoli head at Box Hill store not noticing that it has gone bad. How can veggie of this quality be sold in store!

I have always been shopping in this supermarket and most of the staff have good attitudes. This time there was an older cashier who kept looking at the food I had bought and paid for in my bag and seemed to be questioning whether I was stealing food and not paying the bill. Little sense of service, extremely bad attitude, even arguing with customers. With this kind of attitude, the store doesn't pay attention to it. It's a bad review after all the time.

Shockingly extremely rude staff. I would give them negative stars if possible. Won’t ever go back for anything.

Rude assistant, especially the woman with long black hair and glasses.it’s not first time let me feel of disrespect.

Bought pineapple, longons, apples etc at Hu Hui supermarket a couple of weeks before. I asked the staff if the pineapple and longon were fresh to eat or it had been there for a long time, they said it’s very fresh, but once I cut in half and tried, both of the pineapple and longons were not fresh at all, it’s just wasting of money. They must know how long it had been sitting there.

So many asian products! Although for a shop competing against all the other groceries in the throng of boxhill, their products were rather pricey. For example, a jar of citreon tea that you would get for $6/$7 elsewhere (eg.cbd), sold for $10+ here. Same with all the condiments etc.

Was going to buy some ginger and I only need a small portion so I found broke the ginger with hand. Broke it from the part that with thin joint to seperate from the main block.
Got stop by the staff that not meant to break it with hands. Need to use a knife to cut it.
So end up bought the whole piece of ginger.

Don"t know since when and why, all Asian grocery stores in Box Hill Central are not packing away the goodies that we purchased in customer supplied own bags anymore. Rude! No customer service!

Always crowded large variety of vegetables and frozen item. Cashier are friendly great service.
