HT Contractors

Terrible service. 2 week reno turned into a 6 month ordeal. I would not recommend these amatuers at all. The only reason they finished the job was they realised they hadn't been paid 2nd half. And the guy wanted cash upfront to complete. Don't sign any contract without a completion date - it will save you money. He said he would call back in a month to check on things - I knew it was just BS (and no surprise, no call).
3-4 months of no activity and constant phone calls and emails.
I don't even believe the people they send around are licenced - they set them up and maybe check in on them. I reckon they pulled a young guy named Albert off the street to complete some of this work. I asked him if he was an apprentice, and he just didn't answer and looked at his boss to answer. I avoid any contractors who do work for HTC. AVOID!
Only consolation I get from this, I didn't bundle the deal and choose them for solar installation (or any other service).

Terrible service, took 3 months to get gutters replaced, and even then were not done correctly took another 2 weeks to get mistakes fixed.
Lied to multiple times from price (do not believe there advertised discounts) to people turning up.

Terrible post service customer care and warranty claim. They dont pickup up the phone nor do they have courtesy to call back.
They keep giving assurances but never fulfil. Its been over a year chasing this and I have given up now.
