H&R Block Tax Accountants - Eltham

H & R have looked after me and my family now for a few years for our personal tax returns. Always helpful, always explain what the years changes are / have been. Overall I think, they do a great job.

Our consultant Saadia Aziz was very professional from the very start of our phone appointment. Saadia called on time and her guidance was exceptional. High degree of knowledge together with a friendly approach made the consult easy and seamless. Saadia took her time and followed up on the progress until the documents were completed. I hope that H & R Block retain Saadia as she is an asset to the organisation. We hope we can have our returns completed by Saadia in the future. Thankyou, great dealing with you. Robert and Enza.

I went to do my return here, the experience was quite pleasant, Kate was very kind and professional. However, it took over a month for my return to even be LODGED to the taxation office. Poor communication from the manager! Would highly recommend against using H&R Block Eltham.

Will never use H&R Block Eltham. I did my return 2 weeks ago over the phone on a Thursday, submitted same day. The return never made it to the ATO and the H&R block team sent it back to Eltham for clarification on things. Meanwhile, I am ringing and checking the ATO website daily as no one communicated my return had come back. Spoke to the district manager who relodged it yet I am still expected to pay the H&R block fee from refund. Will never use again. After 20 years there's always something. I'd rather pay top dollar to get it done right than with armatures who did an online tax course!
