5I had to change accountants this year, and was very pleased with Raj at H&R Block Mill Park. He was patient, kind, and knowledgable - I have no complaints. I would definitely use this service again and I recommend it.
The worst customer service, I found so far in the industry.
I have been trying to get in touch with my Tax Agent - Rajesh Kumar since last 3-4 days in order to get just piece of TAX documents I filed last year. After, several call booked for reception to my Tax Agent (Rajesh Kumar), I've never received any on time or before the appointed dead line.
Luckily, I have got the call at unusual time and asked to come to the office to collect single piece of TAX summary by saying that he could not get it emailed to me instead.
And today, I tried to reach to him, he couldn't be connected when I am to about collect it from the local office - Mill Park.
Very unresponsive
I still do not understand why one needs to get it collected from the local office, and not in soft copy emailed to registered email address or the H & R block online portal itself!
Terrible Service! Never gonna come back to you again for the service!
Absolutely horrible service I had my wife and new born baby in arms waited an hour to be seen to have my tax agent ask another if I was there client then ignore further to have no response so I left without being see having put my son in his car seat and the tax agent finally attempt to see us

Like most, I hate dealing with the ATO. Raj @ H&R Block in Mill Park sorted out my affairs smoothly, efficiently and saved me thousands of dollars, all without raising a sweat. He knows what can be done, who to talk to and just makes stuff happen.
