We’ve been going to Mandy at H&R block for the last two years - she is just fabulous! Super efficient and good at her job but also so kind and delightful to talk to. Thank you for making taxes a lot more fun than they would normally be, Mandy!

Mandy has been doing out tax for years and we followed her when she moved from the Richmond office to the Berwick office because she is AMAZING! Her knowledge of taxation is outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.especially those who work in the education sector.

She is the Bomb Diggity!

If you want tax done by an Amazing, Professional, Knowledgeable. Lovely woman. You must see JUNE BISSETT at the Berwick office!

I received quick and efficient service from Mandi. She was knowledgeable about what deductions were claimable as an engineer and gave me some tips regarding recording travel to suppliers and conferences. I will be back next year.

Honestly appalled at the service i received for being a first time customer. I went here asking for financial advice in regards to my tax, i had a question regarding why i was $xxx in debt and wasn't able to seek any help from friends and family to understand it.

From the moment i got there i received nothing but hostility and attitude from the staff. I was made out to be an idiot and a fool many times. Repeating that i was in debt without any kind of explanation or reason for it.

The entire experience was a waste of time for me and i ultimately gained nothing.

Luckily i was charged nothing for this experience but wouldn't have been worth any of my money anyway

Absolute Garbage

it was, fees after fees…. Then “oh I forgot to add more fees “
If I knew about the cost before doing ANYTHING
I would have left in the beginning.

After finding out about all the fees too
Apparently We were to late to pull out of the lodgement
She was gonna charge us ALL the fees anyways, even if we weren’t gonna go head with things

Very disappointing.
Premium price for tax return. The accountant cleary lacked experience needing assistance throughout. Required prompting to ensure claims were deducted as in previous years.
I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Please save yourself time and money, find any other account than H&R block at berwick.
Booked an appointment well in advance for myself and wife’s tax return.it took Hashini 1hr 15 mins to prefill just my personal details and payment summary.had no clue what she was doing, excused herself at least 10 times to confirm things with other accountants? After 1hr 15 mins she asked me to come back later as she has another appointment which was no fault of mine.wasted my saturday and no apology or regard for customers time.

If I could give 0 stars I gladly would.
Had a new accountant go through and lodge my EOFY tax return in a rather unprofessional manner with many mistakes made, which in turn left myself with a tax debt as the outcome. Next to none of my questions were answered, seeing as the accountant only cared as to how I was going to pay the H&R Block fees.
Raised issue to management and was offered an offensively measly voucher to return next year.
Save yourself time and money by going through somebody else.
Will never trust this company ever again.

Thank you H & R Block. I was able to complete my Tax return over the phone and on the portal this year in keeping with Taxation requirements. Very happy during a difficult lockdown time.

The lady June that helped me at H&R block in Berwick was fantastic, very professional and explained everything to me in detail. Thank you for such good people to assist.

I made an appointment and when i arrived at the office i was attended to promptly and the person who took me through the steps of lodging my Tax Return was polite, professional and very friendly and he explained all the process very thoroughly and it was made extremely simple for which i was pleasantly surprised and would recommend H&R Berwick to anyone!

Very patient and helpful team at H&R Block in Berwick. After several years of not filing a tax return they assisted me through the process and actually helped me get a return this year! Happy to recommend.

They fit us in on the day we booked which was amazing cause my partner works odd hours and is always on call. They were very professional and we both got more back on tax than we were expecting, will definitely be going back next year.

Gordon and David are very helpful with my tax return when I had a problem. Definitely recommend them! Great service.
