HQ Alterations

I had two shirts altered and having tried them on the work looks terrible and the shirts don’t fit well. I also was told my items would be ready on a Wednesday and when I went in on Saturday a couple of days after the expected date the shirts had not been touched. Nice owner but below average service and extremely expensive.

The older gentleman, whom I assume is the owner asked me why I have an English name. Strange!

I was referred here after buying a suit which I wanted fitted to my style. Hoang -the tailor with 46 years experience, was very warm, amiable and extremely hilarious. I swear I was laughing out loud the whole time I was there. He was able to adjust it to my liking and In record time too. He even gave me a tutorial on suit etiquette at no extra cost. Highly recommend

A seasoned veteran. I've taken several items from overcoats, to jackets, to cushion covers. I just know its going to be done 100% right, every single time. I also love the atmosphere, you feel like you're being handled by one of those tailors from The Kingsman. I'm so glad I found this gem!

The Tailor here took my pants for a wedding tomorrow and had them ready for pick up in about two hours. Legend.

Did such an amazing job in altering my dress, it is exactly how I wanted. He's also such a lovely person who would ensure his job will meet your needs and wants. Would definitely come back again!

Got my jeans and dresses tailored here, and always pleased with the results! My clothes often have multiple areas that needs tailoring and are often not the simplest to fix, but their work have seriously been impressive each time!

Brilliant! Did a really good job of altering my pants within half an hour. Also does a really good job on suits tapering and that sort of thing!

DO NOT damage your clothes by getting them altered here, after paying a ridiculous amount to get a small simple job done, they have ruined my top with perky shoulders, what a joke!

Never go to this place to fix clothes, he charged me $55 to just shorter the pants and just did a bit more work to the brand new pants, When I picked up the full suit, he already put the pants inside the suits garment bag, and didn’t show me anything about his work on the that. I didn’t check as well cuz I was in a bit hurry.when I back home I found there’s a little whole at the back of the brand new pants. I called him and he just ignore the fact and said that’s not his fault with a very bad attitude. That’s really disgusting. To be a good person, if you’re a man!

Printer receipt states open from 0800, still not open at 0930. Opening hours on door show 0800 scratched out to look like a 0900.
Can't comment on the actual customer service at this point.

Seriously. Last Thursday I had a wedding to attend. I brought in my suit at 1pm and by 2pm the suit was tailor exceptionally.

Solid service. Good price. Great times.
