I love to go to the movies here! It has pretty good chairs also, and great snacks at the snack bar, a bit overpriced but great!

A worker called Mady was very rude to us and my friends and I were very distasteful of hoyts after that

Highly recommend "Mekong on the Green" for its variety and cheap prices for quality feed.

Candy bar pricing is expensive, and the lack of signage for the prices is annoying.
The cinemas are fine and the reclining chairs are nice and comfortable.
After an awful experience here on a 40+ degree day when the air con was not working and sitting in the hot cinema was almost unbearable, the manager, after many complaints by numerous patrons, gave complimentary tickets for another session, which was appreciated.

It's alright, the food is kind of pricey and getting smaller. The staff is usually friendly except for when it's newbies working the register. The food is good, popcorn is evenly salted and the choc-tops are always a go to. The chairs they have are absolutely amazing and the car park even though small, is very well placed

Terrible service, antagonised my mates and I and made us feel useless. Employees where harassing us about id and when gave proof of Id, we were laughed at. Feel completely disrespected and workers should be disgusted. Will never go back here and would never recommend it. This was a Sunday night around 9’oclock. And also $6.70 for a stock standard sprite.like are you deadset or what.

Reclining seats as standard. If you're after a drink, there's a bottle machine inside much cheaper than the candy bar.

Beautiful cinema but the air con temperature was set too low. By half way through the movie everyone was cold. The sound was a little loud also.

Recliner chairs are always a nice little luxury. Would be better if there was a separate queue for candy bar, from the ticket booths.

Hot tip: if your kid feels sick, please take them to the bathroom instead of letting them puke on the seats in front

Pretty comfy seating and spacious. Would have given 5 stars but i was disappointed in audio being abnoxiously loud to the point where the cinema itself was rattling. It was so ridiculously loud that it was painful on my eardrums, gave me a headache and i didnt enjoy the experience i paid for.

The positives are the upgrade to seating is great, it is always easy to park, the staff are generally very good. The reason for reduction of stars is the ads at the start of the movie, we arrived for a 6.30 movie and had to endure over 30 mins of ads at the start before the movie started. I don’t mind some ads, but 30 mins worth is ridiculous.

Great Hoyts, plenty of parking options and good facilities.doesnt get too busy like some of the bigger Hoyts outlets. Always pretty clean and presentable.

Two frozen drinks and a boysenberry choctop cost $26 bucks, you need to have second mortgage just to go to the Hoyts Greensborough now.

Much like every Cinema everywhere the service is nice, but the product are pricey. (Don't go to the candy bar) the seats are very comfortable, they recline and the facing of seats is far enough so that you can be the one guy who talks in the cinema and no one will hear you that match.

Very good experience. Sound wasn't very good. Went to see Bohemian Rhapsody and could not hear some conversations properly.

The staff here were friendly and helpful. I was attempting to pay for my tickets through Optus perks and the website was not processing my payment. Management honoured the discount I would have received if the site was able to process the payment and that just made my day. Excellent customer service and honouring of alliance deals

When did they introduce beer to the candy bar at the cinema? This is awesome. Great seats and clean too. Just need to police the morons that insist on checking their phones, sending texts or such like DURING the movie as the little white screen is a pain in the arse

Great cinema, love the chairs, clean and friendly staff. Also very happy there's a Ben & Jerry's right in front of it. Asked the staff and they let me bring it in with me.

More expensive than Reading Cinema, Epping, but that's Hoyts pricing, not a fault of this location.

Have been overcharged at the candy bar a couple of times by staff - just make sure you check things aren't charged for twice, as you should do anywhere (we're all human).

Discounting issues from many years ago (with aging and quality, non issues now), it's basically a positive experience every visit.
